Black Angel pencil drawing.  BA is posed to stand on the wing of her plane in a comic cover recreation.  Black Angel was a WW II comic heroine - an American pilot living in England fighting Germans.

Yeah, I thought it was CatWoman as well. I bet they did borrow the goggles idea off of Black Angel. Cool character

DC may have modelled one of Catwoman's outfits on Black Angel. She wore purple tights, brown high-heeled boots and a mask with goggles and two little "wings" on the top of the mask.
