Colonel Cruel and his drones had spent the day establishing their base on the new secluded island they were going to call home for the remainder of 2012. Looking up key coordinates in the world for the major war the Colonel planned, the drones were quite amused with how simple the time period's technology was to hack into. Tomorrow, about ten major countries would be aiming missiles towards each other unexpected. If Cruel could get enough panic, he was sure he could immediately get a country riled up enough to bring out the nukes.   READ MORE ??

Caught up in his work, the Colonel decided to go back to the ship when he saw an unforgettable site. There stood the damsel he had captured earlier that day, still trapped in her clown regalia. She was silent now, her chanting over and the flashing lights of her nose and eyes now off. "Hiya Pinko," the Colonel said with a smile before gasping into a short breathe laugh. "Still looking good! Run out of batteries? We got lots of energy on the ship." The Colonel looked up to see the balloon that was still held in her hand. It's words 'Love Not War' were still emblazoned wide on its rubbery skin. "Oh no," the Colonel said teasingly, "we can't have you holding on to those old sentiments, soldier! You're in the army now! My army.... let's see." Reaching into his pocket, the Colonel grinned as he pulled out a needle and popped the balloon in the damsel's hand. "Out with the old, in with the cruel." The Colonel reached back into his pocket. "I got something better for you. Ah, here it is! Found this before I went on my little scavenger hunt today." The Colonel pulled out a flimsy black balloon. He lifted it to his lips and started to inflate it until was full. The balloon had a red skull and crossbones on it with carefully placed C letters to signify the Colonel's name- Cruel. He tied a string to the balloon. Rearranging the woman's arms and hands, the Colonel fit the string between her palms and fingers, making sure the clutch was really tight. "There you are, private. Now, your mission is to great every soldier that comes to my ship. Let them know whose playground this is. Do I make myself clear?" The Colonel pressed a button on the clown's side. "Sir, yes sir," the clown said as she started to move her upper torso back and forth, her nose and eyes flashing. "Sir, yes sir. Sir, yes sir." "Good. Now, at ease." The Colonel pressed the button again. The clown immediately calmed down, the lights fading out as her new Colonel headed back aboard his vessel. "Yes, that's it!" The Colonel said as he grinned. "This will fit your new life perfectly. We'll see if you're ready to follow orders in a few days. Until then, I leave you to your work. Carry on, soldier."
