The Mean Green Witch is a bit of a silly villain of mine, so I gave her a look that is a bit more funny than how I've drawn many of my other characters. Since I decided to use the concept of Santa's reindeer as super-heroes, I thought that I would use Halloween themed characters as their foes, and she happens to be the baddest of them all.

Thanks B & Pijon. I like to think of the concept behind her and her crew as "Nightmare Before Christmas" Coolstar Comics style! (Instead of trying to take over Christmas, they want to destroy it.)
