The Black Mantis has some of the most advanced technology in existence...much of it from other dimensions, and parallel worlds and he puts it to good use. The OSS Drake is a perfect example of that. Firepower to put and IGFW battle cruiser to shame and facilities to rival and research station. The Drake is in a class by itself.
