Some of the comic strips my team and I have produced for our book have featured characters interesting enough that we've used them in repeat appearances. Last year I created these redesigned versions of the main ones for eventual use on our website and other purposes.
This particular one is a Bond-villain style character named Dr. Abyss created by my mate Mez Ghadiri...

I like Mez's design and you did a great job fleshing him out further. Looks a bit like Sivanna run through a meatgrinder.
