DISCLAMER: this picture was waaay oversized when i posted it originally. so here's the optimized-for-web version, sized down considerably. i will now re-post the original description  MODERATORS PLEASE DELETE PREVIOUS POST *ahem*:

You want obscure, here's obscure. I'm not sure how many Heromorphers are Hero Alliance Fans. Alot of great artists got their start on this comic. This group manip depicts some of the team's members, standing in front of the ruins of the Guardmen Complex destroyed by a villain named Sepulchre, killing most of the team. This is how Hero Alliance got their start, in the wake of the Guardmen disaster. I love these characters, and alot of detail was lost in the grouping process, so if anyone wants to see an individual manip or two let me know! Also, some of you may noticed that the bases for Victor and Kris are identical to the first two manips i ever posted here. I think if you compare my old Victor/Kris manips to these, you can see marked improvement. What do you think? Enjoy!

 YAY! Hero Alliance!
Hero Alliance fans are admittedly few and far between but we do exist!
Nice work!
And thanks for helping publicize this long-neglected group.

That's great. A lot of work must have gone into that! Good work.

Big time SWEETNESS!! How about a family pic of Castor, Pollux, and their sister (it's been so long, I've forgotten her code-name...was it Delphi or something?)

 Re: Hero Alliance (re-post)
if whoever was nice enough to rate the original post with a 9 would do so again, that would be swell

*whew* i know that description was long-winded, but i thought i'd include a bit of history about the characters for those who don't know them.

ARGENT- a former costumed criminal, he changed his ways and joined H.A. his battlesuit makes him stronger and faster and more resistant to injury

KRIS- Kris Dunlop aka the Golden Guard, is the daughter of the original Golden Guardsman, leader of the Guardmen team that was destroyed by Sepulchre. Kris can fly, and is superhumanly strong and durable. Her powers are amplified by her emotional state or level of excitement.

VICTOR- The only Guardman to survive the explosion, Victor is leader of H.A. and is basically a Superman clone. it has been theorized that with enough concentration and practice, Victor could perform any superhuman feat he wishes to.

GOSSAMYR- She can become intangible and make others intangible by touching them. I think she can glide or something, too.

POWERHAUS- Duh, he's really strong.

SENTRY- Sentry is basically a Batman clone, but with more of a mean streak. Formerly an independant vigilante before joining H.A., he is overrought with guilt about being able to prevent the disaster that killed the Guardmen.

ok, i'll shut up now
