This is the super heroin Stunning Woman Creator by JJ Marreiro.  This piece was done for the Supergirls inc. web site.  It one of the links to this web site.  Check it out.  For this piece I drew Stunning Woman then scan it in to Photoshop and then coloerd it.  Then I took a photo and did a motion blur to it.  Then came cuting and pastes the cars in the background.  And thats it.

Surprised nobody has said it...

Stunning!

I like the cartoony look, and the general idea of the character. Kind of reminds me of Power Girl / Woman.

Awesome! The coloring is so good it looks as if you used a 3D editer instead of a drawing to make this piece.

Great work!

Wow...

...I like it. Like it a lot. Good job on the coloring, giving it a feeling of depth. It doesn't look like a flat image with some 3D stuff thrown into the background. Great work.
