The EVA  assassin droid, crica 2069, originally created as a prototype for a massive army of EVA's the were converted for recreational use during the War of The Americas, ( North, South, and Central America), Canadian involvement is credited to the end of the war.  Somehow, the canucks managed to get everyone to get p!**ed face drunk, and well that was that.

E.V.A.. What a pleasant name... to an ex-killer machine!

I doubt that the engineers of her project were not thinking about changing the market target after the war. That's a good strategy!
