These two are the evil clones of Cap'n Ned: Space-Hero and Wino: The Spaced-Out Cat. They are the villains featured in the story that I wrote online. Once again this was colored in Photoshop just like their heroic counterparts.

The style reminds me of the Baby Blues cartoon that used to come on Adult Swim and I think TBS now.
