Hey Hey, a different face.
I like this quite a bit, the facial structure is quite a bit different from previous efforts, I see from your post below that is what you are going for. You did a great. Job.
The hair and the half face. although a common theme in pictures is extremely well done here. You should be happy with this image big guy, you rocked it.

Technically, I guess I can't say no direction. I was sitting here thinking about Hawk's comment that my girls all look the same. So I browsed my art and saw the similarities and decided to try to do something about it. The reference photo came at the right time.
