| Vampirella Bats drunkendragon 2013/2/23 0:16 2510 7
After tinkering around for a month making a several scenery props for a vampire scene, posing and creating two separate full scenes... I nixed the whole project and went with this. Inspired by the likes of Julie Bell and Boris Valejo...though I be nowhere NEAR as talented...
Vampy is V5 from Daz. Also from Daz are the candlesticks and holders, care of: Lynette's Dark Rites and the big bat: Silverkey3D Bat The penta-candles from renderosity: DM's Chronicles And the bat brushes made by SHA...find her on DeviantArt...
Skull is mine, seriously...I ripped it right outta my head for this...naw, I made it in Modo as part of the vamp scene I started. (Perhaps I'll post it in the HFC...) Same with Vamp's outfit and "accoutrements," which is French for "accoutrements." Lots and lots of photoshop for the postwork. (lighting, candle flames, smoke, skin re-painting, atmosphere, moon, etc.)
Vampirella is not mine. She belongs to Dynamite Entertainment currently, but has had several "brokers" since her appearance in 1969. 'nuff said... |

| Green Hornet and Kato Khastagir 2013/2/3 19:54 1902 3
The Green Hornet is an American radio and television masked vigilante created by George W. Trendle and Fran Striker, with input from radio director James Jewell, in 1936. Since his radio debut in the 1930s, the Green Hornet has appeared in numerous serialized dramas in a wide variety of media. The character appeared in film serials in the 1940s, a network television program in the 1960s, multiple comic book series from the 1940s on,[1] and a feature film in January 2011. Though various incarnations sometimes change details, in most versions the Green Hornet is the alter ego of Britt Reid, wealthy young publisher of the Daily Sentinel newspaper by day, who goes out in his masked "Green Hornet" identity at night to fight crime as a vigilante. Reid is accompanied by his loyal and similarly masked partner and confidant, Kato, who drives their technologically advanced car, the "Black Beauty". As the Green Hornet, Reid masquerades as a criminal to infiltrate the underworld, leaving behind criminals and any incriminating evidence found for the police.

| BANZAI GIRL: THE MOVIE! by Jinky Coronado & Friends JinkyCoronado 2012/1/23 13:51 3443 5
This is one of my favorite-ever pieces, and I had LOADS of help with this one.
Awhile back, when I first joined Heromorph, I posted a really basic version of this as a stand-alone manip. It was a small image and didn't get much response from anyone at the time. Now I've tweaked it and found a good use for it.
Some details: This began as a photo of me, actually wearing the tight, tiny Banzai Girl costume. In the photo shoot, we even had a fishing line to pull up my skirt for the always-helpful undies shot. And, of course, a fan was always blowing.
My "Team Banzai" friends did much of the photomanip work on this, working from -- and over -- my layout and drawing.
Then Jason Perkins, an amazing fellow Heromorpher, did the design work on this to turn it into a movie poster, even interpeting my BANZAI GIRL logo into some more fitting for a film. A big 27" x 40" print of this is proudly hanging in my house!
My hope is we will soon be able to show this in some Hollywood meetings to see if we can get some interest in an actual BANZAI GIRL movie.
Hope you like it as much as I do!
Hugs,
