hey HMers,
one of my fondest memories of my childhood was reading mr. donald sobol's encyclopedia brown books.as i remember it i was introduced to them by a young english teacher who would later become one of the finest educators and guidance councelors baltimore city maryland has ever seen.
during my young years she taught me the importance and joys of reading and words.over the years i spent hours reading whatever i could get my hands on be it solving mysteries with leroy ,nancy,frank and joe or sitting at the round table with arthur even adventuring through the forests of sherwood.not to mention the comics i bought with my 35cents allowance.least i forget our wonderful scrabble games.
as a late teen i found my true love, art.i began to tell stories of my own as pictures.jump forward give or take to about 22 years ago i shaped an art collection called infinite eye comprised of images and stories.a small part of i'm happy to say, are a part of this gallery.
you see the lady,affectionately known as mrs hilliard to students,friends and peers was my mom.without the gifts she gave me i may never have reached my dream of telling you all my stories.
mom passed away this past may.even though she's moved on from this world she will always be next to me watching as i continue to tell my dreams .

Obviously, Frylock is more than a little skeptical about Shake escaping into the third dimension.
Also, if anyone's interested, I can provide the psd of Shake's 'skin', which I believe should be easy to apply as a 3D texture. |

TV actress Melody Patterson, best known for playing Wrangler Jane on “F Troop,” died Thursday at the age of 66. Patterson died in a nursing home after multiple organ failure, according to reports.
In addition to her starring role on “F Troop” from 1965-1967, Patterson appeared on other television shows of the era including “The Monkees,” “Adam-12” and “Green Acres.” She was also in a handful of episodes of “Hawaii Five-O,” which featured her husband at the time, James MacArthur.
Patterson also appeared in a few films, landing roles in “The Angry Breed,” “The Cycle Savages” and “Blood and Lace.”
Patterson’s “F Troop” co-star Larry Storch announced her death via Facebook post, saying, “It’s with a heavy heart that we can let you know our beloved Wrangler Jane, Melody Patterson passed away today. Our hearts are sad today. RIP Sweet Melody. We love you.” |

| Another dimensional rift has Taken Obsidian Mask off course, after a near collision with a trio of Star Destroyers he allows himself to be taken prisoner in order to gain information. The plan goes awry when his captors try to torture him. They should have just answered his questions because now there are hundreds of these dead "Troopers" everywhere. The similarities between these soldiers and the armada clones of his own world is striking and had their technology been more advanced they might have been a real obstacle but not today. However, an ominous mechanical breathing catches his attention as the last trooper falls. The seven foot dark clad figure says nothing and simply fires up his blade. A Psi-Mage maybe? a quick scan revels the man inside is a full conversion cyborg yet some form of energy emanates from him, surrounding him even. This will not be an easy fight. |
