| Species Sprite.jpg Obsidian 2014/11/9 11:27 1571 3
Sprites are tiny humanoid creatures that have insect-like wings and antenna. They possess magical abilities and are known for their love of practical jokes. They can turn invisible at will and have the ability to cast "Phantom noise" as often as they like. They live in large communities in dense forests where few creatures can venture although it is important to note that when their habitats are destroyed they can and do dwell in modern societies. They are often mistaken for Faeries however, Faeries are half the size of a Sprite and have gossamer wings and calling a Sprite a Faerie is to Sprites, a great insult. Sprites have a non-winged cousin called a Pixie who are otherwise identical in every way. Sprites can fly at speeds up to 25 mph or in short bursts (5 feet or less) of up to 75 mph. Sprites speak the dominant language of whatever world they live on, they use only the most primitive of technologies as they have no forging skills and few technologies are micronized enough for them to use effectively. On the planet D'Enebrius 6 the Sprites there are well equipped to that of the intergalactic standard and have miniature star-ships that are far more powerful then their full sized counterparts. No ship entering into their territory has survived any battle with their tiny fleet and nothing else is know about them as they are extreme Xenophobes.

| UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT lordcoyote 2014/11/30 8:12 1630 1
And with a decisive victory the forces of Queen Lelie conquered the kingdom of Dramot bringing it under the Amazon nation’s militaristic rule.
And with it was imposed martial law, curfews, heavy tributes, and the menfolk were made to breed with them on a daily basis.
Strangely they never complained…. |

| Zaratan Obsidian 2014/12/9 17:14 3358 2
a creature of legend the Zaratan is quite possibly one of he largest natural living beings in existence. they live for thousands of years and are quite rare. Only a couple are known to exist on any world and are allegedly protected by the gods themselves. There are few creatures with no regard for a being as old or noble as the Zaratan. Zaratans measure in miles not feet or meters and are essentially indestructible by mortal means they move slowly and hibernate for hundreds of years at a time and often have large deposits of minerals and vegetation growing upon their shells. The shells themselves are incredibly thick nearly 50 feet at any point. The outer body of the Zaratan is similarly covered in barnacles and coral making the beast as a whole look like nothing more than a floating island. Zaratans hibernate near small islands and as a result have the perfect camouflage and can remain undetected almost indefinitely. There have been reports of powerful Mages taming and controlling Zaratans which is quite handy for someone who wants an island fortress that is mobile.
Zaratans are of Greek mythology and are the largest mythological creature to ever exist measuring at least 5 miles long. |

| Species: Nodjut Obsidian 2014/12/9 17:24 1621 1
The Nodjut are a race of black skinned, demonic looking, humanoids of average humanoid size. They are highly adept at magic and especially good at creating magical constructs of all sorts. Their planet "Oerth" is a Steam Punk-esque world teaming with great cities and brimming with magic boasts some of the best schools of Arcane studies known to exist and magic is so prolific that it has replaced technology in nearly every aspect of life from pepper grinders that grind themselves to arsenals of arcane blot guns and even Magically powered wooden starships. The Nodjut are a peaceful people well prepared for war and even the least of them have basic magical understanding and ability to use magic. It is unwise to come the Oerth looking for trouble and many is the raider who wished he had never mistook the primitive looking world for being a helpless one. |

| Bronze dragonborn Obsidian 2014/12/12 21:36 5939 4
A friend asked me to give D&D 5th edition a try and out of respect for his experience i said i would and the character I created surprised even me. The Dragonborn of D&D are not like the Dragonborn of Skyrim and my dragonborn is unlike any other, he is a monk and a sorcerer. His skills are taught and his magic is spawned of his own dragon heritage, and as his magic grows he gets closer and closer to spawning his wings and soaring the skies as a true dragonblood. |

| Species Floamph.jpg Obsidian 2014/12/17 22:31 1601 3
The Floamph are a race of Fungoids, they're tensile strength is far greater than would it at first seem. They are a tribal race and speak only their own language. They use indigenous giant reptiles called Silthrarin as mounts and beasts of burden. They live in small villages of 20-50 and like all types of fungi require damp dark places to thrive. They are hostile to outsiders when encountered. They are also highly susceptible to magics that affect plant-life. |
