In my office I ask Moonshadow to join me to seeif her sources have located Razor or his employer. Hot on her heels Zaeerah storms in... This is gonna be great.
Immediately the lionesses begin fighting and Moonshadow begins with the first salvo
"Um excuse me child, who are you and what are doing?"
Zaeerah responds in elvish...I'm guessing to add insult to insult?
"Auta miqula orqu!" [go kiss an orc!]
"Dalhar mir dosst ooble' ph'telanthaad!" [Child, hold your tongue, adults are speaking!]
It's worth noting that being called a child is a major insult to elves....all elves.
"Ista sta sad yaxi" [Mind your place cow]
Aaaaand that's when I interject before the little elf gets her head cu off in front of me.
"Enough! We have important matters to discuss and neither of them has anything to do with this."
"Ula... elg,caress!" [Fine...Bitch!]
The words no sooner escape Moonshadow's mouth when the reply bursts from Zaeerah's own.
"I'quelin Mori'Quessier naa ba Mori'Quessir." [The only good drow is a dead drow.]
and just like that the little elf has let her mouth write a check her ass couldn't cash. Before I can can utter a sound Zaeerah is sent bouncing off the wall behind her with a single punch and her unconscious body falls limply to the floor.
"Aw crap, Moonshadow!...Captain to Sickbay can you send a medic to my office on the double?"
"Aye sir on our way."
Moonshadow looks over at Zaeerah and her quickly swelling left eye..and a look of shame spreads across her face.
"I-I shouldn't have done that. Mortals are so fragile, I should've known better. I don't know what came over me. I'm so sorry, what you must think of me."
"Nah, I get it...and now so does she. We can continue this briefing later, lets all just take a break."
"yes, that's a good idea."
only a moment after my office empties, I get a private call, on a secure chanel. To my surprise it's Master Takashi leader of the Djinok Oni ninja clan that trained me...and I know they're gonna ask a favor...and I'm gonna have to say yes..Clan first and all that.
"Master Takashi, to what do I owe the pleasure?"
"Jonin Michaels, I am calling concerning your recent rise to power in the Sathari Empire."
"Anything for the clan master."
"I'm glad you feel that way because we have arranged a marriage for you, one that will solidify our pact and ensure a foothold in the Sathari Galaxy."
"Waitasecond Master, I know my obligations well and they most certainly excluded arranged marriages. I will happily include your Kunoichi, in my cabinet but I will not let the clan arrange a marriage for me."
"I'm glad you know your obligations so well Jonin, but this bride isn't for you. It is for your chunin, Harley."
"Shit. Um sorry that just slipped out."
"Understandable, but nevertheless he also knows his obligations and unlike you he is not exempt from this."
"Very well, I will inform him of the clan's decision, where can we meet the Kunoichi and what is her name?"
"I believe the Kunoichi is with you already, amd elf by the name of ..."
"ZAEERAH?"
"Your powers of deduction serve you well Jonin, I leave this matter in your capable hands."
With that he hangs up and I am in so much shit right now...Harley is gonna freak out. |

| The Curse

There was a time when The being known as Raven Silverspear was mortal, yes mortal, but moreover Raven was...a man. Dragons are dangerous creatures, even in death their magics can be devastating. Raven has fought one long ago and it left a curse alright, a form of lycanthropy. Not controlled by the phases of the moon like some common werewolf, no this would be far more insidious. Passion was the trigger be it rage or love, even lust, and yes fear. In those moments Raven would lose control and transform into a massive dragon-man of incredible power. However, after a time one can learn to control such power and Raven had done just that...with a single side effect. The dragon spirit that possessed him was female and had a mind of it's own. She tried to take over as often as possible constantly pressing to be set free. But Raven was a man and a manly man at that and the few times the dragon won the transformation spread to his human form making him a very beautiful woman, albeit a very manly woman. Time and again he would best this curse and the dragon spirit would find new ways to assert itself. Today however is the last of those battles, the dragon has won. Raven's memories would be the final victim as the dragon within replaced those precious moments and transform them so that every memory would seem to be from the perspective of a female. One by one minute by minute the struggle would be futile until all that remained was of the man Named Raven was the tear he shed at the loss of who he was. With the transformation complete Raven and the dragon would be merged forevermore into one mind, and her true power would be realized. Now a god can defeat a simple dragon curse but when one is born mortal all aspects of the mortal coil become enhanced to godly levels, and had Raven been aware of that she certainly would have been rid of this curse a long time ago. Unfortunately what is done is done.
As she gazes at her reflection in the water a loud chirp of a communication badge startles her from her quiet contemplation.
"Raven, I said can you hear me? Is everything okay? You've missed your watch."
The voice belonged to Norjaguar, her long time friend and confidant she remembered she was supposed to relieve him at the watchtower and heavens, she was very late indeed.
"I-I am sorry I don't know what came over me I'll be right there."
"Is everything okay? I was getting a bit worried for a second."
""No I'm find I'll be right there."
With less effort than it takes a mortal to breath Raven is instantly teleported hundreds of miles to the Watchtower, Norjaguar's massive 7 foot felinesque frame is hunched over looking at monitors, diligently scanning for anything that might wish them harm...and woe to any such being for the would surely rue the day they were born for any such foolishness....there are things in this universe far worse than death, and they knew all of them well. Security had been tightened following the theft of a very important relic and now the once complacent beings found themselves on edge awaiting the return of an enemy that nearly destroyed them all. Clearing her throat the lithe form of the now sultry goddess walked into the room, were his eyes not glued to the monitors Norjaguar would surely have noticed the change in body language and motion. However, something had his full attention, something distressing.
"What're you looking cat?"
"I'm not sure. Sentry give me a magnified view of sector 13971.9 mark 881.2 and place it on the main viewer."
"Aye sir."
"What is that Jag?" Raven was truly puzzled by the image before her and couldn't make heads or tails of the twisted and deformed object before her but something about it seemed....familiar..
"Enhance the image!"
"Aye sir."
As the blurred image cleared it became frighteningly obvious what it was and a wave of terror raven had not felt in centuries washed over her.
"Is that-Is that the Black Mantis's ship?"
"It can't be, his ship is constructed of pure infinitium. It's indestructible. What could do THAT to infinitium?"
The twisted and mangled form of the tiny fighter floated lifelessly through the emptiness of space it's lone passenger barely clinging to life. There is no mortal weapon that could possibly harm the indestructible metal that the ship is composed of which means only one thing...There old enemy has returned.
"Thunderbird, are you there?"
Thunderbird is the lord of the skies and all the things that fly pay homage to him and pray for safe travels, but today...today he will be fulff
"Yeah I'm here. Wassup?"
"Rescue, now, urgent."
"Give me the coordinates, I'm at the airlock now."
"Transmitting."
In the blink of an eye the lord of the skies screams through the vaccuum of space to the wreckage that was once one of the most fiersome craft in the galaxy, now however, it is a twisted coffin holding his friend fast. removing him would be child's play however, the twisted metal is mangled together in such away that it cannot simply be opened and worse yet it is still very much indestructible. despite being strong enough to move mountains none of these powerful beings are strong enough to bend Infinitium leaving only one choice.
"I'm going to break the windshield!"
"You're in space, doesn't he still needs to breathe?"
"NO he has more than enough magic to sustain him for now. Here goes."
The canopy caves under the full might of the eternity crystals Thunderbird uses to enhance his power and he carefully removes the severely injured body of the most powerful of their number. A large gash in the Black Mantis's side is deep enough to expose several ribs and he is losing blood rapidly.
"He's not healing at all guys, and he should be healing faster than a troll on steroids."
"T-Bird get him back here as fast as you can."
"No I'll teleport him to the Doctor, she'll be able to do something."
IN an instant the tiny figure of the Multiverse's greatest assassin is aboard their massive starship, and the pantheon of gods remember true fear and doubt for the first time in centuries. |

...The shock on her face would be priceless if I could see it, as I catch her Psi-blade with my gauntleted hand and run her through with my sword. Falling to her knees she releases her blade and it drops to the ground. I kick it away and turn to grab my armor and that’s when she crosses the line.
“I should have killed your whore and your two bastards when I had the chance. Run while you can I will find you and I will slaughter your woman and children while you watch helplessly!”
The words stop me dead in my tracks. I look at Anihilus who just hangs his head, I would have spared his sister out of respect for him, but he knows I can’t do that now. He simply looks away as I turn around to face Malice.
“You stupid bitch,” I say incredulously, “I would have let you live. Why couldn't you just shut the fuck up?”

| The Next official character in the G5 universe, Paragon is a powerhouse, a super psionic capable of incredible uses of telekinesis with nearly limitless capacity: Super strength to rival Infinity Man, his psionics allow him to use the following powers: Enhanced senses, (all of them) allowing him to approximate a living laboratory he can see into the microscopic realm. and hear the sound of a hummingbird's wings from across the globe. He uses a telekinetic field which makes him invulnerable to all mortal means of destruction including weapons that would otherwise decimate an entire planet this (field can be extended to surround another person temporarily), He can move faster than the speed of light, Most importantly he is a human lie detector with 100% accuracy. He has many vulnerabilities, mostly those that take advantage of his enhanced senses, but also weapons of magic (category 2 or better that is to say magical weapons with at least 2 enchantments) and Absorbium 80 however, the two create a resonating effect until one or the other detonates. Thus far he has never encountered more than a few ounces of this rare element at a time. Lastly he is vulnerable to weapons made of Infinitium or Mythril as they both have "Other Worldly" proeperties. Paragon is not (as one might suspect) a Solaran, though he transforms int one (it assumed his species can assume a single form once in their lifetime as a bio adaptation) although this form is completely mortal and rather feeble by Solaran standards. As one might suspect, if he were to be killed while in his mortal form his death would be permanent. Paragon's homeworld is though to be beyond the 5 galaxies within the void or within an unexplored nearby galaxy making it entirely possible that there may be a planet full of more beings as powerful as he. |

Okay on this one I learned something new, I learned how to make realistic looking ice cubes. Sounds trivial you say? Friggin try it. I had to scour my maps to find just the right transparency map to make convincing ice, then I had to set the gloss, the ambient and the refraction (don't get me started on the refraction). It took nearly every trick and skill in my repertoire just to make some really nice ice cubes.
As for the pic...it's how Obsidian Mask winds down after nearly being blown to bits on a regular basis (he might have problems later on.) As for me I'm a Vodka guy, I like mine with sweet lemonade (you get hammered really fast though cuz it's like candy). |

| A nice wallpaper of my favorite OC looking badass with his new blade (I had to replace that Count Dooku one for something more original) and of course his ship The SS Lillun in the background. I'm very pleased with the lighting on this one and the overall look is very Mass Effect (It should be I did enough practice images) and a bit less Star trek which is better for attracting Gamers. |

Mages who wish to duel can get special permits for non-lethal dueling only which does not cause collateral damage to living creatures or inanimate objects. There are certain rituals involved in dueling (in fact the act of initiating a duel is much like casting a spell except that it requires more than one spellcaster) which must be observed by the challenger and his opponent, and all participants must have a dueling wand. |
