this is how I originally had had this piece colored, since I found it on disk I decided to post it.  Note: this was colored when I first started out on Photoshop about 6 years ago, back then it was PS5

If you think for one damned second that I didn't draw this or that I didn't color it myself...... THINK AGAIN nowherever. The source was actually a Wizard Magazine from the early 90's and the image itself was barely 3 inches....just so you know. I may cheat on my taxes, I may cheat at cards but I DO NOT cheat on my art.

Uhh.. I think he did (swipe it from a cocmic book)
I recall seeing this image from the promos of the Garney run on Surfer right after his first stint on Cap. Pretty sure on this, and proper credit should have been given to source.
