The second third of the Galactic Police Enforcers begins with Captain T.O.M. Longstretch, an alien android with an electrically charged stretchable body and expert piloting skills. I know that I have a lot of fun and interesting characters with some pretty crazy concepts, but I can't honestly say how or why I came up with this guy. The only thing that I can say is that I wanted to make a stretchy hero, but have him be something different than the usual "Plastic Man" or "Mr. Fantastic" type, so instead I went with something more like "Machine Man" who if I'm not mistaken also has stretchy mechanical limbs.

lol yeah, visually I get the Inspector Gadget reference but in addition to being stretchy, being quick and smart on top of that could make him quite formidable. I also like the notion of this higher end bot searching for his creator. Good job.
