This guy is kind of my twist on the X-Men's Cyclops, in that he's an actual cyclops! Also, as an extra nod, his code name is that he's the "Ocular-Man" of a team called the "Ocular-Men" or "O-Men" for short. Plus, obviously, there's the whole play on words in which "ocular" means eyes and "O-Men" sounds like "omen" meaning a forewarning of danger or doom, which is a testament to how tough these guys are.
