I call her "Captain Fathom", an amalgam of Captain America and Fathom. Red, white and blue bikini-style costume (such as you would expect Aspen to wear). Shield with "ying-yang" design from the Fathom comics. Lavender hair because it looks kinda neat.
Hand-drawn with mouse. Afterward, the mouse ran off, am offering reward.

| My first pic of the new year is a tribute to an excellent artist and a good online friend, Kevin Karstens, who passed away recently. I was hoping we could work together on my Buddy the Pal Gal comic book since the sexy girls and adult humor it features would have been right up his alley. Instead, here's my version of Buddy I tried to do in his style along with some things that remind me of him: his love of Mystery Science Theater 3000 (Like me, he was truly a man of culture,), his affection for Howard The Duck (the cheesy 1986 movie based on the cheesy 1970's comic book series) and his hatred for Donald tRump. (BTW, INSANE was the Mad Magazine inspired comic Kevin did in high school.) Even though you were an atheist, rest in peace, my friend. |

| My latest Buddy comic, a stand alone strip that features a bad pun and my first attempt at a more female-friendly character: Jessie, a former Beavers waitress who's now the general manager of the Beavers restaraunt where Buddy and her friends work. She graduated from college with a degree in business management, married her college sweetheart, Danny, and has a 4 year-old daughter named Amber who we'll be meeting soon. Despite all that, I still tried to make her look hot in a Mommy kinda way, let me know if I succeeded. |
