brand new pic. only took me about 2hours.
the main thing that i wanted to get across was that the venom suit (ultimate spiderman that is) was not black but a dark velvety purple.
ialso added some noise to the model so that he blended more into the pic. |

It has been a while since I submitted anything (art wise to this site); and while this was not the picture I intended to submit first it was the one that I felt was the most finished.
Using a picture of Thomas Jane (the actor playing the Punisher in the movie version of the comic) I basically pieced together a close facsimile of the original
Tim Bradstreet????????s Punisher # 1 Cover. (See original cover here http://www.punisher-art.com/artists/bradstreet/covers/bradstreet_maxi/bradstreet_1.jpg).
The hardest part (and also the part I don????????t think I fully captured) was the orange tint the original picture had, but I did what I could with out killing the whole picture with orange.
While I welcome praise I would appreciate ???????CONSTRUCTIVE??????? criticism more (if you don????????t like me or something I????????ve done don????????t take it out on my work). And I am constantly checking my old work to see it there are any new comments so even if my work is old by the website????????s standards if it????????s new to you leave your two cents

Working from the foreground we have Lucy Liu as the Wasp, Tom Jane as Captian America, Viggo Mortensen as Thor, George Clooney as Iron Man, Asia Argento as the Black Widow, Vin Diesel as Hawkeye, and Matthew McConaughey as Giant Man. | Possibly my most ambitious effort to date, it all finally came together and made sense this afternoon. i was originally gonna do about 6 villains, but decided to just go with these four. i'm especially happy with the way Blackout's darkforce power is represented in the background, and i like the way Eel II's superslick coated battlesuit came out. things i'm not sure i got right, and would like tips on, would be Titania's hair, and the lenses in Yellowjacket's goggles. I read on the web that the the Infinity Gauntlet was shown at the San Diego Comic Con during an appearance of the entire cast of Avengers hinting that we may see Thanos on the big screen in the near future. 
The Infinity Gauntlet was written by Jim Starlin and illustrated by George Perez and Ron Lim.
This pic is dedicated to George Perez.

| her's a little something thought to kick around in your mind...i went for an almost never manipped character, and a hardly ever used model, and twisted it slightly...btw:this is the ultimates version of kraven...sorry the blood is all funky, didn't notice it looked that way til i had merged the entire file flat...let me know what ya'll think! |
