| Always wanted to get round to Modesty Blaise as I was often disappointed with the covers that graced the novels. So here's a 'Faux' cover pretending I had been given the commission. Created by author Peter O'Donnell in the 1960s, as a comic strip heroine then in a more fully developed series of novels. Though less well known than her contemporary, James Bond, she is arguably a far more complex and fascinating character. |

Created by Les Savage for the pulp Action Stories 1944-45 Senorita Scorpion is in fact Elgera Douglas, a young lady who became a legendary outlaw defending her family's land and legacy, the fabled Lost Santiago Mine. A crack shot. Fast thinking, who is ruthless to those who threaten the land and people under her protection! If interested Nancy A.
