| I've always liked Hal Jordan as opposed to the other Green Lanterns, so I decided to do a little redux of him. Only, I did something I've never done before.... watercolor pencils and ink. I use two different brands of watercolors for this... prismacolor and some german brand ( the name eludes me)... well critiques? Fire away. |

Take note of the date under the RL signature... since then I haven't been able to draw anything for myself. Fortunately, the prospect of earning some cash has kept the pencil (and airbrush) working. I didn't have a pencil with this one, I had at my disposal: a 11x14 sketchbook, a red gel pen, a blue gel pen, black gel pen, and various metallic gel pens.

| If any of you collected the Marvel trading cards around 1994, you might recognize this. This is a combination of hand painted acrylic (circa 1994) and touching it up last night with airbrush.... turned out frickin' sweet..... the only thing I did't particularly like was under his left eye. |

| I was over at a friends house last night having a drawing session and started to think about the books I used to read...... next thing that happened, I was drawing the Maxx. Inked it this morning, colored in Photoshop, created his little perch in Photoshop too. The background is something I airbrushed up while practicing making clouds. |

You'd be amazed at what you'd find when you go through your old sketchbooks.... this drawing was done during my first "I wanna draw like the anime phase", there has been more of those phase since and they are always worse than the one before...........

I decided, after drawing up Ironman in an original costume, that I'd give other heroes a revamp as well. This particular piece tool a total of eight hours from start to what I'm calling finished (because I suck at backgrounds). I opted to drop the blue out of his costume and went with the "Ultimate" color scheme... black and yellow.... not wanting too much yellow in the overall.
Cuz if you think about it, the color "yellow" doesn't exactly scream "killing machine that will stalk you and sink his claws into your skull".

Having been playing Marvel: Ultimate Alliance for the past 3 days after getting a bit burnt out on Final Fantasy XII ( logging an insane 145 hours so far).... I decided to draw someone I had never attempted to draw before.
Tried and failed to come up with an original look for the shell head, since I didn't want to do something that has been done.....and finally....... |

The "Wife-a-tron 2000" was put on the market to ease the pain of lonely nerd and geeks as well as those that would use this bot for more perverted means. Dubbed "Nagbot" after it's Artifical Intelligence had somehow learned the trait of nagging, it was recalled. However, for some strange reason, the entire first generation production run was not returned. Seems some men can be completely whipped.  |

| This is my first and last bike I will be doing while working for a former "friend". 3/4 of this bike was done by myself including: body work, design, base paint and all the prep work. Though I may have not finished the lightning effect and side ferring myself... 90% of it was me. On the bike: Lion-o, The Sword of Omens, Cheetara, Panthro, Tigra, and Mumm-Ra..... Snarf, Wily Kitt and Wily Katt are not on the bike because I considered them LAME. |
