The fourth member of the Galactic Police Enforcers is a character that I put in a pin-up some years ago for another site that I used to belong to which is now defunct. In fact the image here of the character and the logo for the character are pretty much the same that I used in that previous pin-up with some minor editing and updating for a better presentation in the official bio for him now. Graffito is a bit of a tragic character who is one of my favorite creations. He is very much a "Spider-Man" kind of character, where the circumstances of his life have given him "great power and great responsibility" and mistakes where made where he must now atone for his sins and make good in his life forevermore.
Thanks for the wonderful comments, pijon & starchild. I did leave it vague as to how exactly he got his hands on the drug, mostly because of space and time constraints. Since you asked for clarification, I can tell you that it's something of a new concept that I'm trying for how certain characters can gain powers. Most of my characters are the usual natural born "mutants" or aliens with powers, or have gotten powers through the classic experiments gone bad kind of thing, or even just through the usual training and gadgets. For this guy, and a few others, I was thinking along the lines of the mutant drugs that Marvel has come out with in recent years where people are taking the drugs and getting mutant powers. I'm not really sure how readily available that stuff is available in the Marvel U, or if I'm willing to make my drug all that prevalent really. I was kind of thinking that it would be more like a rare drug indeed, but if one wanted to get it they could with a bit of effort.
a pretty cool character with a very deep background [as does all your characters]. the only thing that kinda bugs me about this is how he so easily got his hands on this "super drug" Tinablin-Z. Is it something that is easily accessible in your universe or is there something your not telling us?
Very cool character! I'm actually reminded of my days working in a psych hospital where there was a schizophrenic whose delusion was that he had a magic paintbrush and could paint reality. I always thought it was the coolest delusion ever! Great idea for a character. Well done!
