| ANGELA: Enter the (drunken) Dragon drunkendragon 2009/2/21 16:39 7006 2
I have been inspired by the AWESOME 3D work here on HM. Thus, I have been trying to learn a little of the Daz/Studio stuff. Also inspired by ReddEra's avatar, I wanted to do an Angela pic... Since I have no clue what I'm doing with the Daz stuff, I'd be grateful for any feedback (+ or -) for my impaired learning processes. (BTW - That's me, as the millennium dragon reaching for Angela's bra strap) ........ I changed some of the lighting, and the background. I think it looks less cartoony than when I posted in the Members Gallery. And touched up several areas in Photoshop Elements. (Thanks for the comments MissVee and co_04 )

| Nelvana of the Northern Lights CDA 2007/6/17 7:55 6843 9
The superheroine Nelvana of the Northern Lights became Canada?s first national superhero, predating Wonder Woman by several months.
She drew her powers from the Northern Lights. She could fly, travel at the speed of light along a giant ray of the aurora borealis, and call upon other powers of the Northern Lights making her capable of melting metal and disrupting radio communications. Nelvana also had the ability to turn invisible as well as alter her physical form.
In 1995 Canada Post issued a popular set of commemorative superhero stamps featuring the reproduction of the first issue of Nelvana.
This is my interpretation of the character.

I did this because I have not worked on anything for awhile. So I put together some of the work I already done. |

| Batlektra by Optical Intruder Optical_Intruder 2004/10/18 8:13 6715 12
My version of the Batgirl/Elektra amalgam. I wanted to try out this cloth painting tutorial here: http://www.mysticalmodality.com/html/tutorials/clothpainting.html I started with the blindfold and worked my way down. I was more practiced by the time I got down to the leg sash, which came out damn near perfect. (The original model was only wearing the fishnets and the robe or whatever around her waist.) |

| Brooke Burke as Homicron BikerBot 2004/3/14 11:14 6706 14
Well, here it is. My first Manip. *Sniff!* I'm no longer a virgin...
Homicron is a member of an obscure group called the Strangers, which was published in the US by Image.
She has cool bracelets that open up, I guess. (I've never actually read the comic!)

| O-Girl Masterchief 2011/8/7 10:04 6613 6
I know there has to be someone other than JR who will know who this is. For those of you who don't know who she is, O-Girl is a live action comic heroine played by Fetish model Christina Carter. You got to love the trouble she gets herself into each episode. This morph was created for me by a friend over at DAZ and I wanted to show her off. I have taken some liberties with both her costume and her powers, but being a fanboy lets me have that right. |

| Everyone... 50 comic babes BlueMeanie 2005/9/3 21:22 6492 9
Had this one on the go for a few weeks. Adding a new character whenever I had a bit of time to kill. Quality obviously not as good as if each was done on an individual pic, but like how it came out overall.
Created a before and after gif here: http://img377.imageshack.us/img377/5594/animation16gp.gif |

If they did a movie of Magnus Robot Fighter, perhaps Nicole would be a good choice to play Leeja?
This is another of my efforts to come up with characters who don't get done very often. Hope you like! |

| Starting the Tour: From Portugal, here's Zakarella OCP 2007/6/30 15:52 6429 4
I had this ideia of making a world tour doing a manip from each hero/heroine from several countries. So I start with one from my own country. And man, this was not an easy task, from finding one characther create here to find the rigth model, but I think I did it. Presenting, here's Zakarella, create by Roussado Pinto and Calberto in the beginning of the 70's. I don't think she ever star in a comic story, but she had her own comic book for several issues. She was inspired from Vampirella but she was a fugitive from Hell who in each story punish some evil soul. Funny thing, at that time Vampirella came from planet Drakulon, only in recent years was revealed she was from Hell as well. One last thing, if anyone want to sugest any hero from your country feel free to do it here: http://ocportugal.blogspot.com/ or here: http://heromorph.com/heromorph2/modules/newbb/viewtopic.php?topic_id=1881&forum=1&post_id=21882#forumpost21882 I appreciate and thank you for the help. *update* Add the Earth, it's supposed to be a scene from Hell, before she escapes. |

| Lady Death by JrMcDeath, MatrixBlur, and Winterhawk (clean version) Winterhawk 2006/10/30 19:33 6403 11
For Lady Death Week! This image started around 2 years or so ago. Jr was rather new to the site and had just finished a picture and was trying to think of something new to do and asked for a request (this was before we knew he was lazy). I asked him for Lady death. A couple weeks went by and Jr showed me the base image and he had done some plans for the image, sketching it out. When he wanted to know who should be giving it to Lady Death. Evil ernie's name came up. A couple more weeks went by and Jr showed me the progress. During this time Jr had gotten fellow trouble maker and 3d guru Matrix Blur to render a skeleton and place it over the body of the male in the base image. Another couple weeks went by and Jr. said he was bored with the image and wasn't going to do anymore. So I asked him to send it over my way. At this point the image had Jr's sketches the skeleton frame work for ernie as well as ernies arms, hands and jacket arms done as well as a number of paths and channels to use for selection. Jr sent the file over to me were I started working on it. I painted the hair and then saved the file. And I haven't worked on it again until this week. I noticed that it was Lady Death week so I thought "Hey I have that 1/5 finished lady death image that Jr and Matrix started, I should finish that one." And so I did. And here it is. It isn't quite as fancy as Jr's original plan but I don't paint no stinkin zippers and it actually got finished After finishing the adult version a couple days a go, I decided to do a non-adult version of the image to post in the regular gallery for everyone to enjoy. |

| GOTW: MADAME MIRAGE Hisstoryman 2008/8/13 11:32 6237 5
Don't know much about this character except what I learned at the TOP COW Website and WIKIPEDIA.
Since I love the film noir genre this looks like it will make my pull list.
Notes: Love the model for this: A)Because she is just drop dead gorgeous B)She looks the part. C)The pose screamed Mickey Spillane
The dress, hat, and stockings were hand drawn, then texturized, and a lil dodge and burn. The .45 pistol is recolored to her trademark gold.
MODEL: NINA MERCEDEZ |

| "Nap Time" - Brigitte Lahaie as Yankee Girl BikerBot 2004/4/10 13:40 6125 13
After a long day fighting whoever the Fem Force fights, Yankee Girl slips out of her cape for a well deserved nap...
Brigitte Lahaie is an obscure European porn star from the 70s, and she has The Look. Well worth Manipping.
By the time I got around to doing the cape for this one, I was so enamored with her body and costume that I just couldn't cover it up. (That, and I wasn't ready to spend hours on a cape...)
Well, waddaya think? |

| Miracle Woman Hurricane_Season 2005/9/3 15:22 6062 7
Miracle Woman actually has shorter hair than this, but I wasn't good enough then to edit it. I wish I could have found an appropriate image of Bridgette Nielsen in her prime, because she would have been perfect. |

| Vampirella Holloween Wolverine1607 2005/10/27 13:14 6047 15
In the spirit of it all I thought I'd do one for Holloween, so here it is, the had down at the bottom was difficult, I liked the model but here hand between her legs didn't work for what I was doing, so I recreated it with the clone tool, take a look and let me know!! Thanks everyone! |

| RainMaker By DarkBlade DarkBlade 2005/11/29 22:12 5910 18
First manip after the 30 in 30 Thanks to Mike and Proudwulf for suggesting this character and teaching me about epicanthic folds. BB the model's name is Ursula Mayes. What I did, well I smoothed her skin a bit, changed her eye color from brown to blue as well as giving her epicanthic folds on her eyes to give her a more native look. Removed a fancy necklace and a bikini top and then put the costume on her. Pretty simple manip spent around 5 hours on it. Comments welcome |

| Fairchild Android 2004/7/11 18:41 5873 10
1. Source: Cory Everson from http://www.petrukhine.ru/gallery/everson_cory/everson_cory_64
2. Commenting image: Many marks of bullets in a wall and an untouched Fairchild in front of it. In this angle, the face of Cory Everson is very similar to the Adam Hughe's drawings. Amazing.
3. Making of: Step 01: Resizing the image. The original image was very small. I increased it and, from that, I had to clean it. It took time. Step 02: Creating new left arm. The left hand was placed below the waist. In truth, I censured the position of this hand. Step 03: Creating uniform. It also took a considerable time. The hexagonal standard was distorted to mold itself to the body of the heroine (Shear and Spherize). Step 04: Creating background. It was made from the mixture of many textures. The bullet marks had been easily created and multiplied.
