| I have no idea what comic series this costume is from, or what era. I based it on a picture i found on some X-Men website. But this model was begging to be turned into Rogue, and i like the slightly armored costume. Enjoy! |

I'd been reading Marvels Age of Apoklip(spelling)
and loved the idea of Rogue as the First lady of Mutant-kind plus the costume wasn't to bad, blue cloke and all.
However it took me ages to find a costume design that made her look reagle with out losing her original color shading ie: Green and Yellow.
anyway let me know what you think.

| I tried to do a different looking rogue because everyone was doing her in the grren and yellow costume, didn't turn out very well though. |

| Just another Phoenix. Its ok, I tried to give the sash a kind of satin shiny feel, I think that that's the way it would be if it were in a movie or something.... but then again that's just my opinion. Take a look let me know! Thanks |

| Well, here's my second attempt. I did cut alot of corners since I was short on time. I know, Supergirl's cape looks kinda fake, and Spidey, well, let's just say that I've still gotta lot to learn. The webing on his suit was taking me too long so I just left it out. I chose a honeycomb pattern to try and imitate the real spidey suit. Sure, I could've just found a pic of the real suit and pasted it to the image but I'd rather keep practicing with creating the suit from scratch. Well, let me know how I can improve. Thanks for any suggestions... |

My first attempt at an entirely "Frankensteined" piece. All of teh body parts came from various pics of Dina Meyer (Starship troopers/Birds of Prey) except for the legs and chest which belong to Angelica Bridges. I found a pic of her in fantasy gear. Apparently she played Red Sonja on the short lived Conan TV series a few years ago.
The hardest part was getting all of the lighting to match up as well as getting the skin tones to mesh. Some of the bodyparts still seem a little off, especially the hands, but I am calling this one done for now. |

Been working on a few pieces simultaneously. Decided to fast track this one to free things up.
While rereading the original Robert E. Howard Conan stories I was inspired to do this piece (*even though he never really wrote any "Red Sonja" stories, she was invented by Marvel in the 70's).

| Alright! Finally I have a manip to post! Took a total of 5 days to do this ( wasn't easy between work, the kids, and the wife) and finally I just got tiredof staing at it. Turned out pretty good, all things considered. The hair needs some work, but that was proving to be a serious painin the you know what, backgound could've been better, foregorund too (or the ground rather). O.k. pick it apart now guys. |
