It took me a long time to decide to do this one for a couple of reasons:
1) I'm not that big a fan of Gen13 and never have been
2) It's very difficult to find toned, muscular natural redheads. Most redheaded models tend to be either fragile waifs or rather plump (in a good way).
But when I saw this picture, I figured it was probably time to do Fairchild. |

This was simple - as a manipper sometimes you just find two pics that fit together. Legs & buns from a leggings ad; top from a bra ad; jewels from Tiffany. |

Remember when Marvel and DC co-created Amalgam Comics? I liked the idea, so, frustrated writer/artist that I am, I came up with some of my own. It should be pretty obvious which two heroes
I used. I've been getting some pretty good tips on doing metal lately from tutorials and my fellow 'Morphers, so I'm trying them out. How'd I do? |

Where is Lady Heromorph?
Unfortunately Tazman did not make her in time. Well... my part is done.
Making of: Dennis Newman's head mixed with another two different bodybuilder's images.
Earth found on Google and very manipulated.
Lightning effects, nebulae and stars made by hand.
Description: A classic scene of Crisis on Infinite Earths (an enormous cliche). The two web sites, through a cosmic anomaly, touch themselves creating great catastrophe. Lady Heromorph and a second Earth would have to be located in the right side of this image.
Commentaries: I adored this competition but since the proposal was not reached I cannot participate of it (and android sits down and starts dreaming about a land where machines are free).

| OK, just another reminder at how much I used to suck at doing this. A scant 5 years ago I created this piece. I like posting these things for you new guys to encourage you to push yourselves further. Honestly, I don't think I know much more about Photoshop now as I did then. The difference is that I stopped thinking of photoshop as a tool for putting together images and treated it like a canvas and applying all the drawing and painting experience I had to it. |

okay first an apology to winterhawk, whom i borrowed this image from partly because i thought that it wasn't getting used. i couldn't resist doing this one, it was going to be superman but then i remembered the samaritan from astro city and it just clicked. it didn't take that long, the only thing i 'm not too happy with is the skin tone 'cos the original was black and white. well i hope you like it and i never meant any offense.

| This is my first and last bike I will be doing while working for a former "friend". 3/4 of this bike was done by myself including: body work, design, base paint and all the prep work. Though I may have not finished the lightning effect and side ferring myself... 90% of it was me. On the bike: Lion-o, The Sword of Omens, Cheetara, Panthro, Tigra, and Mumm-Ra..... Snarf, Wily Kitt and Wily Katt are not on the bike because I considered them LAME. |

Just had to do a Tigra manip from Gutsman comics. And since I had this base image waiting for something, well, it just look perfect for this.
Almost everything done in Photoshop, my second try at it. Tried JrMcDeath way of cleaning the image on Gutsman face ( the base had a beard) and in Erik Kriek's ( the base was very small).
I know I made some mistakes at it, and I still have a lot to learn about Photoshop, but I'm pretty happy with the end result. |

| I had this base image lying aroung and just had to do something with it. Since I hadn't posted any manips of Unicorn characters for awhile I thought "Why not?". I used a new image clean up technique I got from dpercful, kinda gives it a radiant look. I know its small but enjoy it anyway! |

Well, here's my version of the warrior angel in the spawn series...a fitting opposite for the clown...sorry the res isn't as good as the original, but i had to downsize it to fit on the site...i hope you enjoy her! Please let me know what you guys think! (p.s.:anyone wanting to see the original psd version, pm me and i'll send it to you via e-mail)

| This piece took some time. What I first did was scan in a picture of a man. Then darken his skin so it looks like the black under clothing of Shredder. Then I used a image from the disk Visual Reference for comic artist volume 1 of a chrome staute( I also used this on the Martian Queen). By morphing the chrome to fit my ideas. Then I scan in a comic cover of the Ninja Turtles and darken it so that shredder would stand out. Then I illustrated 2 tear. Then I did some glares. Also I did glowing eyes. Enjoy |
