One of my first manips was Cabala for my World Tour in Comics serie (some day I gotta get back into that  ) and let's be fair, at the time my abilities sucked, not that they are any better now but I like to think so. 
Anyway, at that time all the information I found online wasn't as truthfull as I thouhgt...
It's a long story but enough to say that because of that image I got to know one of the creator of Cabala and he sent me a character drawing of the most recent version and that was an excuse for me to make new manip.  |

Being in the same geographical area these days, I don't think these two would need much of an excuse to get into a fight. Even so, I believe they just might have the makings of the best crossover team-up ever. Consider:
-both consider themselves to be outsiders;
-both have some anger issues;
-both have to deal with undue attention due to body-image related considerations.
However:
-Ben has the support of the same group of friends he went through his transition with, while PG gained her powers and learned to use them essentially alone;
-Ben had a previous life before becoming the Thing, while PG has pretty much always been the way she is, at least since her arrival;
-Ben is a part of the world he still inhabits, while PG's world is gone;
-and Ben doesn't have the option of blending in with normal society, while PG can, more or less.
So, their similarities and differences could make for an interesting and affective team.
I used Patorak's Thing model, with postwork to provide the characteristic Jack Kirby-esqe brow ridge. PG is Victoria 3 with Yunner's (modiifed) jumpsuit texture, Joe Quick's dynamic cape and V4 Buccaneer Boots and Kybele Hair from DAZ3D. |

I continue to be surprised at all the amazing work on Heromorph that only goes half the distance when it comes to conceptualizing the scenes. How many images continue to be the character just standing around, doing nothing, usually in some generic background....when it takes roughly the same amount of effort to create a compelling scene of some sort where the character is DOING something, engaging the viewer and character/action/emotion/abilities or just plain fun? I think this is my official Heromorph crusade! :)
It's been awhile since my last posting, because I've been working on a project for Sony. So I decided to try something a little different and a little more based on real life. Or as real as my life gets, anyway.
My daughter Jasmine -- whom a lot of people that know us refer to as "Banzai Girl 2.0" -- is really into SAILOR MOON these days. So much so, that I bought a really nice custom Sailor Moon costume for her, along with real boots and handmade jewelry to match. Yup, she's been running around the house pretending to be the character. A lot.
So I decided, "Why not do a piece with Sailor Moon, and Jasmine, and me?" The room I'm depicting really IS Jazzy's bedroom. I added Jasmine in costume having a grand time; Sailor Moon hanging out with her; and me -- looking a touch bedraggled as only a mom can look -- kinda of miffed that Jasmine prefers dressing up more as Sailor Moon than as Banzai Girl! To add more authenticity, I added other stuffed animals (including Hello Kitty) and our own Wilfred character equally miffed by the appearance of his cat counterpart from the Sailor Moon series.
I hope you enjoy it! I'll post a full-color version as soon as Mae Hao finishes it.

Once upon a time Speedway was a macho, tough talkin bot who enjoyed a good fight and downing energon with his buddies at Maccadams old oil house. (well STILL is) But then came the day he and his team was assigned to fend off a decepticon raid on a facility that produced protoforms. An assignment that ended disastrously with the destruction of the facility and Speedway receiving massive damage. Knowing he wouldn?t survive the trip back to a repair bay Medic Ratchet did the only thing to save his life. By transferring Speedways spark into the only undamaged protoform left in the facility. A body that, much to Speedways horror, was female!
Now stuck with this new form for the duration of the war Speedway is forced to live with it and endure the jokes of some fellow autobots and a few decepticons. Speedway most among the autobus ranks longs to see the Great war come to an end. Not just to see the tyranny of Megatron gone but so he can finally have his spark transferred to a proper chassis and forever say goodbye to this small, pink, slender, pink, underpowered, pink, curvy, pink, SLAGGIN PINK, female body! |

Echoes: Hi everyone!:) so the name of this project is going to be ECHOES IN THE GRAVE, This was a Cover att but I was working on a character at the same time
and came out more like a character shot. Anyway lots of work ahead:) thought Id share the results as I go,
even though I said I would not do singles.. The Writer "James" and I are working on some ideas on how to lay this all out. I hope you all like the results so far:)
