Well, here's my pic for the Halloween challenge:
Kitty Pryde/Shadowcat convinced the rest of the 'Astonishing X-men' to go trick or treat. She also dressed them up as the cast of 'the Wizard of Oz'. Shadowcat is Dorothy, Lockheed is Toto (he ate his costume), Wolverine as (the cowardly) Lion, Cyclops as (the brainless) Scarecrow, Colossus as the Tin-Man, Emma Frost as the Witch and Beast as a flying monkey. No one but Kitty is happy!  (Art Notes: I drew the characters on paper; did the background and coloured it in Photoshop.) |

I hate recycling but I needed to make the cards for the Joker image. Here was the complete set I made. Originally I did this around Valentines so I just did the hearts set. 
If I needed a joker card for the deck I was going to make Harley Quinn. 
I sorta ordered them in powerful/well-known order. |

| This is a group of imperfect super heroes I created a few months ago, this is just a quick thing I did last night around 12 before going to bed. There's the skin head who has super human vision, hearing, and other senses. A blind black man who can turn invisible and walk through walls like a ghost, who has to work with the skin head to get around. A girl who got in an accident while being unable to control her flight power and broke her legs and now uses her flight to walk. And my favourite members, the suicidal goth girl who is invincible and the team leader who has strength equal to that of superman but even a paper cut can make him bleed. |

Anyone else getting the point of the "Other" storyline. Seems to me that it's just an excuse to get every possible incarnation of Spider-Man on a cover.

As for him looking "passed out"...I'm reading it as he's had a haaarrrrd day of web-slinging, came home, crashed in bed...and MJ knows just what to do to make him feel better. |

Deep in the jungle, King Louie encounters a witch doctor who can grant him control over fire, but the ceremony requires a human sacrifice. Louie delivers the man-cub, Mowgli, and finally has the power of man's red flower. Yes, that's supposed to be fire in his hand. |

| The street rat Aladdin having lost his best friend Apu the monkey to rabies, he sought out the genie's lamp to bring him back. Only to have the lamp stolen by Jafar who used it's power to make himself an all powerful genie and waged war apon Agrabah laying waste to it's people and buildings. Now the beaten up scruffy street rat Aladdin is the last hope of Agrabah. I was going for a Prince of Persia-esque look for Aladdin. |

THIS IS THE PIC THAT KILLED HEROMORPH.
Let me tell you the story behind this pic. I found this model, and thought she'd be a cute Supergirl. So I spent many a hours at home, photomaniping,
reseaching various methods of coloration and so forth, how to add wrinkles and creases, was extreamly grateful to the CAPES tutorial over at C2F, all while occasionally having the wife stand over my shoulder, grinding her teeth at me
for "looking at porn..."and manniped my Supergirl. Eventually I got fed up with the grinding of teeth, so I called it done, posted it, and waited.
And waited...
And waited some more....
I hit refresh, and went back, and posted it again.
It got accepted, and when I went to check on the gallery for it, I got the
dreaded "This account has been suspended." message.
So, to all you HM'er's out there, I sincerely apologize for this, and hope that you all can, given time, forgive me. I've been carrying this guilt around with me for some time now. I'm glad to finally get it off my chest...
As usual, feedback, comments suggestions....feel free to take up as much bandwidth as you want......
