Well here is a gender change, I started the other day and decided to finish up today.
Not my best but it turned out OK. Time to move on.
I did practice using the pen tool on this one. It sure has a lot of functions to learn.
I really need to learn how to make belt pouches and other accessories. I had some but they looked horrendous so they did not make the finished picture.
This picture was more of an effort to fend off artists block then anything else. Thanks to DK for suggesting the character.

A quick and fun manipulation. I asked my wife what hero i should do for my next manip and she told me to try metamorpho (as he is one of her favorite superheroes)
I tried alot of new things with textures in this one. I also tried some new filters and layers settings.
All in all I am Pleased with the results.
Any comments, critiques,ratings, or tips for improvement are encouraged and welcome.

This manip has taken me longer then any other one i have done so far. I am really happy about the cape, it is the first cape that i have done that i think turned out well. The chains in this pic drove me crazy. Hope you all like it.

| I thought about doing another Ice, perhaps a Golden Glider but I thought I would try my hand at a gender-bender manip and the base photo was way too hard to pass up. Obviously Captain Cold was chosen and instead of going with the traditional costume, I simply made one of my own. Hardly ornate or complex, but one I am extremely pleased with all around. |

I started with the blindfold and worked my way down. I was more practiced by the time I got down to the leg sash, which came out damn near perfect. (The original model was only wearing the fishnets and the robe or whatever around her waist.) |

| this one took ages, most of the time was trying to figure out a decent setting, thanks to all who helped steer me in the right direction. i used a screen capture of Barad-dur from The Lord of the Rings and i think it turned out ok. the original pic was HUGE so much of the texture on the suit has been lost when i shrank it down. |
