i forgot to show off this one for ya'll. i'm dabbling with the kingdom come batman i did a while back .i was supposed to do a remake of batman and the spectre but sadly the artist that asked for it has disappeared.it might be a while but i'm still planning to do it.

So because I love sneak previews and because I REALLY love interaction with my fans...I'm having a sort of contest...(no prizes I'm afraid)...but I ma absolutely stuck for a name for this character.
She's a former "Pleasure" drone turned Assassin drone...previous personality...none. Current personality Cold, and yet curious. Now of course I'd like only serious suggestions since this is going to be her name from now on so any help would be appreciated. Now usually when I do this sort of thing I get bupkis and end up finding a name before anyone else can but this time I'm no even gonna try but keep this in mind...I really can't do the next installment of my comic without her name...YES the further adventures of Obsidian Mask are being held hostage. Please help get things back underway. |

"Treasure Hunt Holiday"
Modesty's Rome adventure had netted an old scolled map & letter in old Latin.
She tucked it into her blouse while in the Tunnels and taken it back to Paris.
She thought the old map would make a great den wall picture and had it framed and hung.
The letter she sent to a french Antiquates Shop for translations.
When it came back the story read:-
Long ago, the Spaniards Monks were traveling to new Northern Mexican territory to set up new Missions
then set on by Hute Indians they buried eight burro-loads of 150 lb gold bars & coins
somewhere in the stone cliffs above the Purgatorie River about 5 miles east of Las Animas.
It is said that the gold bars were buried about 300 feet away from a strange arrangement of rocks,
one of which was in the shape of a child's doll and stood about 30 feet high.
The burial site was 100 miles north near an early 1800s village in the foothills.
However,before any of the gold could be retr or moved, the Spanish Monks were killed
and the treasure has never been recovered.
So Modesty thought Colorado Treasure hunt Holiday and maybe Retirement Fund.
She had no idea word had got out about what she had while the letter was being translated
now they were going follow and let her do the work of finding it and then take it from her

Alpha Girl #1 Silver Superb
Though not the first, Silver Superb was among the first of the Alpha Girls.
Her Powers developed after being hit by a miniature silver meteor from space.
She woke from her coma one week after impact.
But all her vitals were now way above normal.
Her skin now could resist impact,she had super sight to the point she had special glasses made.
She had the ability to literally fly while all powered up.
She found shortly after her come her power comes from absorbing small amounts of silver.
To wit she has bought and stored all sorts of old silver dimes and other coins to power-up with.
Though a charge would normally last a week she always carry's a couple plastic coated spares.
When powered-up she is about the strength of ten men.
She has her breathing down to so slow she could almost travel in space.
Where as the thought came she needed a comic Cover of her own as,

| After many tweaks and adjustments this is the final version of the inside of Obsidian's helmet..Iron-Man style...Iron-Man is sorta the standard when it comes to power armor characters and I've taken a lot of ques from that character when developing my own. I never wanted Obsidian to fly, as an aspect of his armor. Jump high yes, Levitate yes, survive high altitude falls yes, but not fly. flight indicates that your character is no longer street level and is ready to be a SUPERHERO and since Obsidian is a mercenary I couldn't do flight...now I have no problem adding a flight pack later which is perfectly fine. In that respect Obsidian is more like Batman...so think of him as a combo between Iron-Man and Batman. Sorry for the rant LOL No I'm not. |
