OK, I managed to pull myself away from DDO to post the stuff I haven't posted here at my home website. Here's a piece I did for C2F's Ultimates theme day.
My rendition of Ultimate Quasar is inspired by Bryan Hitch's unofficial rules on designing characters.
1. Make them look vaguely like a hollywood actor. 2. Costume will be inspired by motorcycle gear.
3. Light eminates from costume.
4. Profit!
The model is the James model from Poser 6. The costume is illustrated and modeled after a motorcross suit. The energy effects are from playing around with layer styles, layer masks and 20% opacity yellow lines and dots. |

Okay my brother went to Chicago Comic-Con last year, and got a commissioned sketch done with Mary Jane dressed as a Genie. (Don't ask me, he's got a weird Fetish about it...)

Here is My picture for the December challenge, I included some other non-moderator members as well.
This is a comic Manip from an original cover by John Bryne. This was a lot of fun.
In the back row, we have Brick, then bricks old avatar the Green Arrow, And Winterhawk
Middle row: we have Matrixblur (complete with Penance box) and DragonDack.
In the front we have BikerBot and Miss Vee with Jr.McDeath and FuriousMax in the presents.
Billy, Optical, Kallisti and Black Alchemy are tree ornaments.

Two things I don't really want to do. #1 is bump foreskin and winterbush from the top of the gallery. #2 is plus my own website. Oh well sometimes you can't win for losing. This was a pen and ink pic done for my website. I wanted to show the progression of how I go about things step by step. It kinda came out cool if I do say so myself.
