| Unfortunately for them my suit emits nothing, no noise, no heat, no light, no nothing. Again I use a phase emitter to breach the secured door and begin the long walk down what I can only assume is a sideways tram/elevator shaft. On the way I plant several highly explosive charges to make sure Dominion doesn’t escape again. The tram/elevator rests at the end of a five mile hike awaiting the arrival of dominion in his hour of need. I place a couple of charges on it for good measure. Using the phase emitter once again I pass through the tram’s walls and prepare to enter the base. I use a nano-camera from my belt to peer into the room outside which I quickly discover is unoccupied. Phasing through the door I’m careful not to trip any sensors and begin looking for my quarry. It’ doesn’t take long to find him but he’s hardly close. I need to get him to run and I know just how to do that. I activate my Fighter’s remote and order it to fire on the base and like the coward he is Domion begins ordering his men to respond while he makes his exit…right towards me |

| Uncomfortable Silence redux

The silence is uncomfortable so I muster up the courage and decide break it. Cheetah’s going to be with us till we find Panterra and I can’t operate under this kind of stress. I clear my throat, slightly embarrassed by how loud it seems,
"Can we talk about what happened? I mean, I said I was sorry what more can I do?"
"After what you pulled, I am surprised you would expect me to say anything to you at all."
"Look Chee- Uh- Sarah, you know I never meant for us to get serious like that? I mean, I travel all across the five galaxies and you do the superhero thing here on Earth. I just don’t see how it would have worked."
"How can you not see? I could've…I could've come with you, I would have given up everything. I thought you felt the same way. Or were you just stringing me along?"
"I wasn't stringing you along. I just knew where this was all headed. We fall in love, settle down, and raise a family. Then eventually I get to watch you all grow old and die while I carry on? I did that once before and I just don't have the strength to go through it again."
"I can't help that you're a damn Elf and that you’ll live forever. All I know is how I feel and I care very deeply for you. I though you cared for me too. Do you?"
I don’t answer I just hang my head, I do care.
“Yeah," she says sharply, "That’s what I thought.”
Her words sting like an arrow, and I have nothing to say because I know she’s right. She makes me want to grow old with her but that's an impossibility we Luminesti don't grow old, and save for misfortune, we don't die either. I can see this talk was a bad idea so I return to the awkward silence.
This is a complete reshoot, with new lighting and using the current Obsidian sculpt and scaling. I'd like some feedback on this one if anyone would be so kind...any critique would be welcomed.

In celebration of my friend Tim Moret's ROCKY MOUNTAIN CON, I've created this Rocky Mountain Girl program book cover.
Three years, ago, I invented the Rocky Mountain Girl for Tim's convention in Denver, Colorado. It was his third show, and I've previously posted here on Heromorph the covers I drew for years 3 and 4.
Now, his fifth Con is coming up Friday, September 29th - October 1, 2017. I won't be there, but the celebrities on my cover will be -- and so will my artwork. Hope you like it, with its showcase of celebs from Doctor Who, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., and Star Trek: Discovery.
And I'm really hoping some cosplayers will embody her soon. I'd love to see my character come to life!

Crystal-Lynn White many years earlier before getting her code name had spent
several months setting up what she called and titled "The Salt Mine" in the great
remote Northern Territories of Australia.
This was a a field listening and information gathering post for S.I.S. for that
part of the world so they could report possible trouble to the home organization.
Now "The Salt Mine" had gone silent and agent Salt felt a personal Stake in finding out
what had happen and if the people there are okay or need help.

operating in coastal watery areas where their Majiks are drawn.
Tia as "Hex" chooses the Gulf Coast City of New Orleans
along with all the spookiness of the Gulf coast areas & cities.
They can come to each other aid through their Majiks if Necessary.

Demetrius Wendel, is a wealthy philanthropist whose playboy day life would mislead many into believing he is hardly the responsible sort. However, DeWen industries CEO IS considered a conservationist humanitarian. High above his central HQ in the historical "Empire State Building" Demetrius sheds his playboy persona to become the Knightowl...caped avenger and shining knight to the people below.
Is that Corball enough? I was going for a Batman-esque intro reminiscent of the 50's |
