| Origin of the Dark Claw

A re-write on the origin of an Amalgam Universe character.
I figured "Dark Claw" should be of more sinister origins, so I got Amanda Waller to enlist the CADMUS/S.T.A.R. labs' scientists and team up with S.H.I.E.L.D. to kidnap Bats and Wolvie.
Then Suck the life from 'em in a Weapon X type experimentation to create The Dark Claw.
But that's as original as I get, so the costume is pretty much the Amalgam design.
All characters are M4, all bodysuit textures and designs are mine.

Darkie's cowl is parts from Image Nation's Metalhead morphing villain mask - with lots and lots of photoshop adjusting for the appropriate look. (Actually, I photoshopped the snot out of the whole picture for a lot of the effects...but that's neither here nor there)
Dark Claws glove fins are Hasdrubal's, from animotions.
And DC's and Wolvie's claws are from right here in the HMDC. They are John3D's comic and hero claws.
Wolverine is (C) Marvel Comics
Batman is (C) DC Comics
Dark Claw is (C) Amalgam Comics
...um...that's it.

Originally created to be a nemesis of the Fantastic Four, the Silver Surfer proved to be so popular he eventually spawned his own award winning series where HIS arch-enemy Mephisto would make his first appearance in the Marvel Universe.

Having done Hal Jordan, I was looking for another GL to do. Seems I did a couple of renders of Arisia of Graxos IV about four years ago on another web site... and I decided to revisit the character, this time using Victoria 4 as my base. Also played quite a bit more this time with layers, layer effects, etc. in Photoshop. Eh, she's a fun character, and I had fun putting the render together!  Thanks for looking! |

When i saw that image, a cover for an upcoming title of Superman (Superman Earth One) i really loved it...
so i try to recreated...
I used M4 and my Superman textures and Sickle Super Hoodie M4H4 from Renderosity...
Besides the standard procedure i used my wacom tablet to create some wrinkles at the coat.
I hope you like it... i think its one of my best so far...
The title from DC comics is scheduled for release on November 2nd!

Doug (the Thug) Williams was an ambitious career criminal. He had henched for all the top supervillains like Lex Luthor and the Joker but was determined to make more of himself. Williams always invested his share of the take in steroids and his "supersuit fund" while managing to stay out of jail by ratting out his co-workers. Finally, he saved enough to purchase the supersuit and weapons, deeming himself Heavy Artillery. Determined to make a name for himself among the major supervillains, Heavy A (as his peeps now called him) set out to knock off the largest bank he could find.Unfortunately he had never bothered learning geography and map reading skills and had the misfortune of picking a bank in Metropolis. It has been speculated that Heavy Artillery might have had a somewhat successful career in Supervillainy if only he'd picked his target area more carefully. |

I decided to do a complete CHUCK sequence. So....
The plot I came up with is this: The day the BUY MORE gets in the new 3D glasses to sell along with the new state-of-the-art TVs, Chuck receives a delivery at home. In it is a pair of glasses, which at first he thinks are the 3D glasses. Then he sees a note from BRYCE LARKIN, telling him to put on the glasses. Lives are at stake!

Chuck awakens to see Sarah Walker above him. "Chuck -- what happened??" He explains. She reacts... "No, Chuck! Bryce DIED. I was there when he was cremated. I scattered his ashes in Prague. What EXACTLY did you download?"
At the Castle, the General tells them, "We believe the Ring made a calculated guess that Chuck is the Intersect and sent an informational virus, corrupting the Intersect with inaccurate and dangerous data. Not only does it put any and all of his flashes into question, it makes Chuck the most dangerous man on the planet."

There's been a lot of talk about Angelina playing Maleficent in the live-action remake of Sleeping Beauty, so I threw this together. It was originally meant to be a quickie for a friend on another site who's a Disney freak, but once I got into it, well...I got into it. I think it's quite a bit easier to paint tight clothing on someone than loose clothing
