Not much to say about this one. Trying to keep up with posting a little more often than I have in the past here. Hope its worth it. But another one makred in the books. The model here is Alexis Texas, wings were courtesy from Devian Art. From alegion stock. I think this turned out pretty well here. Did an Angel a while ago when I first started, the difference is amazing. Character belongs to Marvel here. The rest is artwork from me. Thanks for taking a look, comments are always welcomed. based on the Savage Land Girls penciled by Garrett Blair and colored by VampireLover. the only part was trying to find the right model with a close enough pose. not really sure why i only added color to their hair, but i guess they look ok. i got a lot of free time now and i am trying to get more drawings done.

After I posted my last commission for a fan, someone said I should've shown the creature that was attacking the boat that put me into such a precarious position.
This client agreed -- but wanted the scene to have a sense of humor.
He also insisted that he has strict dress code, and that the swimwear I wore in my previous client's commission looked far to big on me.
So here goes!

I'm surprised that I haven't seen many Green Lantern manips out there since the news of Reynolds taking the mantle; so I thought I'd whip one up real quick.
I think that JoshMC has one out there, but I haven't seen him post it on HM.
So here is my take on a movie version costume. I know that with most costume adaptations, (with the exception of Batman) they try to show more of the actor's face. So I slimmed down the mask for a more Robin-esque look. |

Marine: Hi guys well its been a while :( alot of stuff going on, kind of going
through a creative block and my personal life sucks. I wish I could make enough
to support my sorry behind so that I could spend my time doing what I love, But
at the moment I just have to keep pushing. Ok this image was a motion test, Ive
been working on elements such as motion blur and FX to add life to my renders.
Ive been also working on enviroments and anything else I need to tell my story,
and there is alot! anyway the render was made in layers, the Character was rendered
in Max with motion blur. Then the image was brought in CS2 where I then added my
Post-work and filters, there was also some painting and color ajust added. I
know its not much, there will be a Full page coming up soon:) I hope you all like,

Someone in the COMMISSIONS section of the forum wanted to see examples of me doing characters OTHER than my Banzai Girl character, so I'm happy to oblige.
This is another commission I was hired to do, for Marvel's SCARLET WITCH.
I'd planned to post this up earlier today, but I passed out at lunchtime and ended up in the ER all afternoon. They told me I'd stopped breathing for 30 seconds. I still have no clue what caused it.
I was woozy for awhile, but now I feel fine.

I just returned from Chicago Comic-Con (which used to be called Wizard World Chicago Con...and before that, it was, umm, Chicago Comic-Con)....
A fan wanted me to do an 11" x 17" commission of "Wonder Woman with her lasso, no background," so I chose a pose that was playful, not intense, almost like a young goddess playing jumprope but not quite so obvious.
I don't like doing Con sketches at a booth. (Let alone more complete illustrations there.) They rarely turn out right, I don't have my light table and references and can't shoot poses of myself and all that, so I'm never happy with the results. So it's better for me to take home the more complicated ones and do them here, like I did with this one.
I may still fine-tune it more, but I though Heromorph at large might enjoy seeing me do something that's not Banzai Girl...

A little bit of a back ground story on Armelex. 1st she is from another planet as well as a parallel universe. Aremlex has super strength, hieghten senses, telescopic vision, night vision, and high degree of invurnablity. She can fly very easily. I'll give more on her later.
I'm useing the look that got the all of the votes from my little survey. I added the face mask to help disguise her face better even tho she wears a wig in her secret indentity. |
