Twas the night before Knightfall, And throughout the Bin,
All the Loonies were happy, At the sight of his grin.
Each filled up with pride, And filled with delight.
That they might take part, In sinister plans on this night.
As he walked down the hall, Of the Arkham Women's cell wing,
They perked up at his presence, Freedom, this man would bring.
All were quite happy, All were content.
All had been tormented, Too much time here they'd spent.
But one had more feelings, than just joy on this day
'Twas the return of her Puddin', her sweet Mister J.
And putting a white finger up inside of his nose,
He then flicked a booger, At a picture of Batman (how gross!)
And you could hear them exclaim, As they ran from their rooms,
Merry Xmas to US! 'Cuz the Batman...he's Doomed!
My take on the what the inmates at Arkham might have been thinking the day Bane busted 'em all loose.
Yeah, I took you on a ride in the Wayback machine, Sherman. Back to a different interpretation of the moments before the Bat's back was broken.
Figured it was due, what with it being the first time they temporarily put Bruce in retirement.

A bit too much cologen in the lips for my taste, but otherwise I think the statusque Victoria Silvstedt would make a great Valkyrie.
Took some liberties with the costum, messed up the right breast plate - but this has taken way too long, and I'm not sure it's worth the effort... |

1. Promo shot for a new television show tentatively titled either "At Home With April" or more simply "The April Fewells Show". The new show was to be based on Ms. Fewells stage sketch comedy-variety, and featuring her wacky house pets. Only one episode was taped without incident, then production shut down indefinitely. A side note: In one of the adjoining TV studios where the evening news was broadcast, a popular investigative crime reporter died of mysterious circumstances.
April is seen here again as a brunette.
2. In her segment "Mouse in the House", the ever-inventive April has a ruse to eradicate a pesky, refrigerator raiding rodent by donning a catsuit. Lots of bogus canned laffter, thrills and chills as cold things get poured down her open front.
My personal fave: The "RetroFreeze" refrigerator prop (my own design). |

Harley stares vacantly in to space, a smile permanently etched on her face.
Although the plan had been foiled, and she was now back within the confining walls of the Asylum, nothing phased her. Her brain wouldn't let it!
To Harley, she hadn't been defeated, quite the oppsite; She had defeated not only Wonder Woman and Batgirl, but taken down that backstabbing Catwoman.
She continued to gaze vacantly before her, softly humming an old nursery rhyme, not even noticing the constraints of the jacket around her.

so, i finally got these girls done. i should have a Q&A pic shortly, and possibly a short comic, depending on my mood and whether i can get a good enough script. i am quite happy with these girls, and i feel i managed to take the best of the characters they were based on, and give them their own personality.
for those who havent been following them in the HAC, left to Right
Sister Prodigy, Blond Bomb, Orbital Girl, and Madam Phantom and her spirit self. anyway, enjoy, and feel free to comment. and for once, these Characters, likenesses, and names, are (C) to me.
PS: i also have other charas in this universe in the can as well, including OrbitalGirls Sister, the groups first Villain, and some supporting characters. |
