| What price Beauty? Masterchief Original Characters 2008/12/1 8:29 3786 10
As people become more and more vain and look for perfection when will it stop? Here we have one that has given up her humanity to achive perfection, while the other is gagged as a symbol of people unwilling to stand up and stop the maddness. The question that I askis, Who is losing the most at this point, the woman who has already sold her soul for perfection or the woman who says nothing and will in all likelyhood end up the same way? |

It's been too long for me to have been into 3D and done loads of comic characters and had failed to do my favorite female of them all. The ever alluring Black Canary. Ya just gotta love her guys...she's a total badass and the hottest looking hero since Red Sonja. I thought about having her beating up some thugs but..well..I don't think anyone will be disappointed with this version instead. |

| Dungeons and Dragons VagabondX Fantasy 2008/11/29 18:12 3457 9
Back in the 80's there was a line of Dungeons and Dragons action figures. The characters were apparently created specifically for the toys and had no connection to the cartoon. I wanted those figures so bad but D&D was forbidden in my house. I looked them up recently and found the two I remembered best from the line. This is Warduke and Strongheart battling it out. |

| Italian Spiderman Android TV and Movies 2008/11/29 3:25 6730 13
This fake poster was inspired by the brilliant emulation of old italian movies made by some incredible Australian gentlemen.
Their project, "Italian Spiderman", is one of those wonderful surprises that internet reveals to the world from time to time.
I tried to recreate the aspect of a 60/70's film, by the way.
Title and cast were borrowed from the wikipedia page about this movie. |

Good enough that I might not try for a "take 2".

| MD Pin Up Queens Dita Masterchief Original Characters 2008/11/26 8:22 3149 8
HMDC is preparing a new set of Pin-up Queens based on more modern Pin-up / Fetish models. This one is named Dita. I chose to do a more suttle render for the first one, more of a contrast between shiny and dull latex shaders. I realize that there is lack of shadows here, but in an effort to show the shadows on her face it cost me the shadows on the floor. I also chose a different POV than normal, just to be different. I also made this for Walley's Birthday, I hope you like it Walley and I will make one more to your preffences soon. |

| Another try. VagabondX TV and Movies 2008/11/25 23:22 3111 3
I became more displeased with the last attempt so I thought I would try another. I like this one better in that I think the layout is better and the drawing itself is better. The only thing I like less about this one is that its more cartoony and stylized than the previous one.
I changed the Phantoms trunks to the original striped ones. Although he didn't wear the stripes in the show, I like those better. Although, to be completely accurate, he didn't even have his pistols in the show either.
Don't ask me what Lothar is doing. I guess he's just trying to psych out the enemy. |

| Killjoy pijon Other Comics 2008/11/24 17:44 3186 8
Okay, guess I'm really plumbing the depths of obscurity this time! Google "Ditko Killjoy" and you might even find online reprints of Killjoy's two appearances as a backup feature in Charlton's E-Man. It is Steve Ditko at his most irreverent and at his silliest. Anyway I realized hadn't really done a decent Ditko tribute piece so I thought I'd attempt one with Killjoy attempting to land a shot on the very slippery S.S.S. Snake. |

| World Tour in Comics: UAE OCP Other Comics 2008/11/24 6:06 3950 6
Ajaaj is the first UAE superhero and the star of the first of comic book series launched by Watani, the social development program, since August 2007. Ajaaj is a mysterious storm that can morph into a well-built young UAE man or a wall or even a bridge. He has the power to fly and solidify, as well as turn into fine dust and infiltrate tightly locked areas. He can also turn into a massive wall to stop a bullet fast train.
Ajaaj or sand storm is a superhero, which many people consider as merely a storm that originated in the UAE deserts. His stories are located in the UAE in the year 2020 and he can only be seen by two twin children, Shamma and Humaid, as a young man. For the other people including the parents of the two characters, Ajaaj is nothing but clouds of dust and is therefore completely misunderstood.

| Superman M4 thestarkiller DC Comics 2008/11/24 3:08 2854 4
Here is my M4 Superman used by taking the M3 Superman texture I have and running it through Texture Converter. It still needed tweaking even after that to get the trans map to form the neckline right and to get the "S" to lay properly on his chest, but I think it turned out alright. My biggest problem was with the facial features. It took me 2 whole nights of tweaking his facial features and modifying the texture to get him to look "not gay". I don't use the term gay in a derogatory way, either. I mean he looked like he was about to push Lois out of the way and head straight for Bruce Wayne.
This is still very much a work in progress, so any critiques are welcome. Dammit, I bought the M4 plugin for texture converter and I'm gonna freakin' use it. |
