here's my favorite of the starfleet...but one question taz and starchild....why did her eyes have to be grey? lol. just kiddin'. hope you all enjoy...and let me know what you think....
ps.:the original bella's suit was two toned like the rest of starfleet...but i thought it would be cool being metallic with holographic stars...she seems to be the most powerful of the group.... |

| March Movie Entry - Legion

| The problem with the Legion is one of scale ???????? one can easily make a movie poster that is impossible to ever film, and I have tried to refrain myself as much as possible, while still making some exciting scenes. My Legion movie would focus on the original 3 ???????? and mostly on the youth of Lightning Lad, who would yearn for a simpler time with heroes like Superman and such. Imra would be a sort-of political intern, and would be feeding info about the mysterious Dark Circle and the re-emergence of a new and powerful world. Connery as Mordru would appear as a petitioner to the government, who would then seek to overthrow it and return to his era of ruling. I imagine a brief segment ???????? where earth is under siege by alien forces ???????? where new heroes (future Legion members) would assist. The conclusion would be the founders against Mordru. Enough of a sell job? |

Well at long last I've finally finished this pic! It wasn't trribly difficult, just a lack of free time on my part. This is probably my least favorite of the series, but he deserves his place in the group. (He does rule over 2/3rds of the planet after all!)
I obviously changed his abilities somewhat. I figure an "Aquaman" should be able to become/control water, not just live in it! -Leif. |

And with Harry knowing Spiderman's true identity, he must choose between a life-long friendship, or being destroyed at the hands of his former friend. Can Spidey save Harry from his father's demons? Or, will Harry finish the job his father began? We will have to wait and see!!!

As part of my ongoing Generation X group shot, another figure bites the dust - Banshee! Shown here in his Generation X costume. (Okay, I always liked the rather goofy Celtics jacket worn over the uniform.
A fairly straightforward manip, with Kenneth Branagh cast as Banshee.
Still to come - Emma Frost and Skin, then I'm all done. (Guess I made work for myself by adding Banshee and Emma to the mix, but what the hey.) |

This is defiantly the most labor intensive piece I have ever done. By the end I had to get rid of a few elements because it became too difficult to figure out what was going on. I also had a few more super heroines that I wanted to add but space became an issue. Some are in there but you can????????t even see them because they obscured by other. I could tool with this thing forever, but at some point you just have to say ???????enough????????.
The story behind this image:
???????Basically an alien android fleet appears in Earth????????s orbit. Deciding that this planet is a suitable target to conquer, they quickly surmise that human males are the dominant of the species. To subdue these opponents they bombard Earth with a nullifying beam, rendering all males powerless. Confident that Earth is now an easy target they deploy the troops. But it seems that their mission isn????????t going to be as easy as they thought??????????????

| Okay, so I cheated. This is really a statue that I saw on Google, and if I can ever buy it I will. This is Wolverine, in his native Canadian setting. The statue just screamed for a background scene, so I gave it one. I added the snow, and that was it. This pic basically just manipped itself. I think that it has a very gritty, very graphic-novel style to it. It is now my absolute favorite piece of art, so I just had to show it off. ENJOY!!!!!!! |
