I think this image started 2 years ago... maybe more. I was doing an image for B*********S (another site) and decided to scrap the idea. Biohaz_Daddy talked me into doing a "mascot" for his comic company ThunderStruck Comics. And well... here she is. I don't know her official name... but she became ThunderSlut, to me, while I was working on her.
I think I might go into postpartum depression after this one.

Here's a character that I invented a few years ago. His name is Cadaver. Here's the short story:
His characteristic is that he is one of a team of five who have been genetically altered in a top secret governmantal experiment. None of his cells are living. His organs no longer function as in a living human. But thru the wonders of top secret xperimental scientific advances, he is living ( so to speak.) He thus, cannot be killed, since technically hes already dead. However, his body can sustain damage as you can see in the pic. Being that his cells are non-living, he also doesnt heal. yes, it can get a bit messy. However, he can be repaired. to do so, he must return to the program that created him who then reanimate his cells by ( again, the wonders of science) electrical and chemical processes to stimulate tissue regeneration. He doesnt need to be healed to continue tho. Cadaver also feels no pain when such extreme stresses are inflicted upon him. But when his cells are being reanimated, he feels all of the extreme pains rushing in on him all at once. fortunately for him, he's already dead and cannot die to to a stress-induced heart attack. As can be expected, he has trouble dealing mentally with his new found talents. He has no skin on his entire body except for his face, which also causes him at times to be somewhat withdrawn and meloncolly. ( but wears pants to cover the twig and berries, ofcourse). 8-o
There's much more depth to this character than I can go into right now, But i hope you like the pic. |

From Russia, here's Octobriana.
Now, about this character I find more interesting the story about her real origin than the character itself. "According to the 1971 book Octobriana and the Russian Underground by Peter Sadecky, Octobriana was created in the 1960?s by a group of dissident Russian artists calling themselves Progressive Political Pornography (PPP). However it has been suggested that the story given by Sadecky was untrue and that Octobriana was, in fact, his own creation. Other sources sugest that Sadecky stole the character from two Czech artists, Bohuslav Konecny and Zdenek Burian, in creating a comic centering around the character of "Amazona." Since Octobriana is still widely thought to be the product of dissident cells within the U.S.S.R., she is not copyrighted, and has appeared in a variety of artistic incarnations around the world. I did everything in Photoshop, found a nice site with lots of cool tutorials and wanted to try some in this one. The chains, the necklace and the hair were created following that. Let me know what you think.

This is one character I had to do to replicate the Ultimate power #6 cover.
I was lucky to find this pose, because it's close to the one in the real cover, the only thing was that in the base pic she didn't have the whole legs, so I had to borrowed another pair of legs... other than that wasn't too difficult.

I was sitting at my pc the other night looking through some old inhumans scans and I fancied doing an homage to Kirby Era Black Bolt.
Did the main design from his suit in vectors, duplicated and gaussian blurred. then added many concentric hoops to simulate his scream. I didn't want to ape kirby exactly, so the background is my interpretation of the kirby dots. Enjoy.
I wasn't sure where to put this but I guess Comic Art is the best fit. |
