I got to thinking about this pic tonight, and how it's probably one of my favorites, and just now realized that I never posted it here. This is a manip I did a while ago of Webgeek's original character Spyder. She is a spy-for-hire with lots of nifty super-spy gadgets built into her costume, as well as a staff weapon that doubles as a hacking tool. That's about all I remember  |

Ubald inspired me to dig through my garage. This is something I did, in pencil 10 yrs ago, trying to get a feel for Sam Kieth (one of the greats, check out "Ojo" or his Batman and Joker sometime). The magic's in the ink. Now that I look back, this is a joke. Patience wasn't one of my virtues. Hopefully in ten more years, I can say the same thing.  Okay I'm done. |

| This is to illustrate how 'The Christian's hammer works. Its mystical properties allow it to pass harmlessly through living things but impact upon spiritual beings. In this shot, we see our hero literally knocking the demon out of this guy which is how he usually deals with criminals. We also see an indication of 'The Christian's invulnerability as the crook's bullet bounces off his chest. He does feel the pain of the impact it just won't pierce his skin or break bones. He's also able to see spiritual presences. I don't know if this is due to the goggles he wears or an additional power. |
