Ok, guys, here it is: my masterpiece! (Well, so far.) I give you the black and white (I'll color it soon.) cover of The Amazing Spider-Babe #1 starring the gorgeous Mary Jane Watson! Yes I know, I got it from the cover of Amazing Spider-Man annual #19 but I did add some of my own personal touches here and there. Her catchphrase? "Face it, tiger... I'm gonna kick your butt" |

| THE BIG SWITCHEROO!: "In the Ghetto..." blubeetle3 DC Comics 2006/8/9 18:10 3232 5
Guy Gardner was not blessed with a quick wit. "Oh, yeah?" and "Bite me!" were his two favorite retorts. So, it should come as no great surprise that Guy and Blue Beetle didn't get along. Guy often found himself on the losing end of a battle of wits.
However, things changed when Beetle went through his little metamorphosis. Frustrated and upset with the situation, Beetle lost his panache for comebacks. And Guy, in particular, was able to "push Beetle's buttons"! |

| THE BIG SWITCHEROO!: "Looking, Looking..." blubeetle3 DC Comics 2006/8/8 5:24 3541 5
Apparently, Booster Gold has lost his Legion flight ring, and Blue Beetle is helping him try to find it. Or, at least, that's what Booster told Beetle. |
|
| THE BIG SWITCHEROO!: "Making the GOLD STANDARD" blubeetle3 DC Comics 2006/8/8 5:15 3842 6
Booster Gold's a hound. There's no way around that. Booster can't help himself. He's gotto check out every woman that's around.
...Even if it's his newly "feminized" best bud!
EDIT: Added a title to this series to seperate them from my other seies. |

| THE BIG SWITCHEROO!: "Holy GENDER-BENDER, Batman!" blubeetle3 DC Comics 2006/8/8 5:12 5159 6
Here's a little experiment I ran. I used all the same facial morphs at the same levels as my Blue Beetle character... except that I used them on Victoria 3 instead of Michael 3. Who knew that Beetle would've been a cute girl?
Of course Booster gets the blame for it!
You can just hear Booster's appraisal of Beetle's new female form: "Well, your breasts could be bigger, your thighs are a bit thick, and you've got junk in your trunk, ...BUT, all in all, I'd still DO YOU!"
EDIT: I added a title to this series to make them esier to find and seperate them from my other series. |

My take on Robin. In my sort of Elseworlds version, Batgirl becomes deeply distraught after her lover, Robin the Boy Wonder, is killed by Catwoman. After a period of mourning, she modifies her costume, and her mission, and becomes Robin, Woman of Wonder! |

Well, as you can see, poor old Frylock didn't quite make it through the Gorilla attack unscathed. In fact, here we see him suffering a compound fracture to one of his fry bones at the hands of the Bat-shit crazy Azbat, using a mind-control device on one of the rampaging primates. "But Dar, who ever heard of fries with bones in them?"...well, as everybody knows, Frylock is not actually made of french fries, as shown here: http://img239.imageshack.us/img239/6374/visiblefrylockef8.jpg |

it occured to me: dr. doom is 1 of the 3 smartest people in all of the marvel universe. he has 1 of the most sophisticated armors in all of comic-dom. he has even given people super powers. why hasn't he ever had a team like the avengers of his own? why does he have those doombots that keep getting destroyed? instead, i thought it would be cool to do this: a Latdoom, a man in armor. he's part of dr. doom's version of the avengers for latervia. |

| Challenge of the Artists! "Creel and the Captain" StarChild Marvel Comics 2006/8/6 12:58 2709 3
Artist Notes: Hmm. Don't really understand this part, but rules is rules! I love the fact that Dan wanted action shots, cuz it's right up my alley! I never did a picture of Creel before this so this was kinda like changing a diaper for the first time. Y'know if ya screw up you can wind up with piss in yer eye Munk . Anyway I drew each charaxcter on seperate 11x14 sheets of drawing paper using my trusty HB, 2B & 4B pencils. And I chose Capt. Marvel as an opponent because Thor & Hulk were too obvious and had been done before, but most of all because I really enjoy seeing CM getting his ass kicked . Coloring isn't my strong suite but I am rather pleased on how Creel came out. Since part of the criteria was to show him using his power, I chose to show him in a metallic state and surrounded by energy emissions. Perhaps the only part of this picture I don't like is the background. I would have preferred to draw a BG but couldn't make a decision about what I wanted until last night . The ball and chain action-sequence was a last minute thing I decided on because with the angle of the picture it was hard to actually tell what was going on. The average comic reader could decipher it but I wanted to leave no questions. A little copy-pasting, a motion blur here and there and some opacity adjustments and "voila!" Instant Action! This is actually the second picture I posted here, I posted one yesterday that I had the Mods take down so I could make improvements. Whether this makes it to round 2 or not it was fun ! |
