I tried to keep the costume for Ice similler my Fire pic. As for the hair, the idea was that as it gets longer it takes on a dark ice crystal like effect anyway, enjoy.

Okay so for a while, I've been wanting to do a close-as-possible reproduction of an actual comic cover. After finally deciding on a specific cover, and finding a model(Jana Cova, BB) that was as close to perfect as I could probably hope for, I was in business. I quick masked and painted on the costume(my first time trying seams and zippers-Jr, I hate you ), franked in the bench and rose, and got the wall, arch, grass, and walkway from a couple of paintings, then finally I found a tiny strand of ivy that I duplicated 37(!) times to cover the wall. I had to give Greg Horn credit on the cover, cause it is his concept, after all. Maybe now I can get some sleep, at least until I start on my tournament pic. Post away peoples, but rememeber, any emoticons and I'll be forced to.....uh.....drink this beer!(crap, this is empty. Better go get another hostage...) |

I see a lot of FireStar drawings on here so I thought I???d post my own. I dug this out of one of my old sketchbooks and quickly colored it in Photoshop. I???ve made the costume more of a modern ???realistic??? version, something she could wear out without everyone going ???hay, there???s a spandex clad superhero!??? |

Not done a manip in a while, so I got this off the back burner. and looks like I got her done in time for the House Warming of the new Hero Morph. I took Charisma Carpenter and made her Star Fire. Altered an existing building in the background to make it the titan tower, copied and pasted a section of her hair for the Fullness, and made the costune from scratch :) |

It's rather sad that Harley Quinn wasn't around for the 60s Batman TV series, don't you think? They made one movie, wouldn't it have been great if they made a second, and cast Joey Heatherton as Harlene Quinzel?
I swear ta Ghad, this started out as a simple Joey as Harley Manip, but then it gained a life of its own. Once I found the wierdly lighted Adam West photo, I was off and running.
The background clown (a detail of the original) is by an artist named Claven, I believe it's CGI. Impressive. I know Harley is supposed to be in white face with that harlequin hat on, but I love Joey's hair too much to cover it up.
The title letters are from the actual James Bond movie poster. I hope you enjoy my creative casting choices. (Gert Frobe played Goldfinger. In my movie, he plays King Tut...) Leslie Martinson directed the 60s Batman movie. Neal Hefti wrote the Batman theme song. How did Tim Burton get back in time to direct this movie? He took the Wonkavator...
This one is dedicated to Miss Vee.
