| her padawan had died months before in the escape from that evil empire snips had altered her dna and grew hair to disquise herself among the locals of this backwater planet she found herself on the skin wasnt so easy so she cam up with a fib just to keep prying eyes away from her when asked she often told people that the odd hue was from spells cast on her as a youth it was close enough to the truth to allow her some safety from her former master and the empire he ruled"this is my memorial pic to my mom for the year enjoy. ohhh i know her boot is going into the flood ty if u noticed it its a rush job this year |

little is known of the being known of as stardust why a female form why disguise herself as a hero stardust speaks not although she rarely does
what is known is that stardust is one of several beings brought forth at the big bang
since her inception she traveled the universe and cosmic gasses to observe until she found earth and watched this primitive destructive race harm itself time and again
observing this race for eons upon eons stardust felt something it had never felt before sadness the possibility of a promising race of beings destroyed caused her heart to shutter she had never had one before thus the hero and creator of biohazard was born  |

Based upon a line art piece by Loston Wallace with a similar pose - All art you see on surfer is mine - some public domain space brushes were used.
i probably have some of the anatomy off though but I think it looks cool

Mera was once an undersea queen in an alien otherworldly dimension commonly referred to as Dimension Aqua. Several years ago, a criminal named Leron seized control of the kingdom and deposed Queen Mera. Exiled from her kingdom, Mera fled Dimension Aqua for the Earth dimension whereupon she met the Atlantean sea-king, Aquaman. Aquaman and his sidekick, Aqualad, vowed to assist Mera in any way possible. Leron pursued Mera to Earth, and managed to capture her along with Aquaman. He brought them back to Dimension Alpha where they were imprisoned. Aided by the water sprite known as Quisp, Aquaman managed to free Mera and defeat Leron. However, rather than return to the throne to her kingdom, Mera elected to return to Atlantis with Aquaman.
hiya ,
tonights image was sort of a challenge from a fellow artist princedarkstorm.oddly enough i'm not well versed in her comic history save for a couple of old 35 cent comics from my child hood days.apparently she's making a small comeback in the comic world.i have to admit her power to manipulate water into solid objects stands out most for me.so much so i decided to see if i could create something in this piece to depict just that. welll after about 3 days i got pretty close to what i imagined... sort of.the finished project took about 5 renders in daz and 70 layers in photoshop not to mention about 10 psd's which i pieced together as a basis.nonetheless it was a very intense learning experience.
