| This is my original robot character, JPEG. She hasn't been featured in my comics yet, but she is Africa Blaze's symbiotic partner called a Zorg. Zorg's are little alien robots that form lifelong bonds with organic sentient beings in order to provide protection to those beings, and to also aid them in every aspect of their lives for the exchange of knowledge which powers them. Some of them are good, while others are evil, but they all serve the same function regardless of their alignment. JPEG as mentioned in the bio above is also the sister robot to, GIF, the Zorg of my other female reporter character, Leilani Harper. Both GIF and Leilani have been featured in my comics. |

| Ah, good ol' GIF, Leilani Harper's trusty little robot sidekick as seen in the pages of my comic, "Unlimited Evil." At last we have his bio and you can read about how he got to where he is now serving faithfully by Miss Harper's side. Also, you can read more about his race the Zorgs by checking out the bios for his sister, JPEG (although it's pretty much the same as his), and the evil Zorg Microchip. |

I'm glad that I finally got around to making the bio page here for her, because I had a lot of fun coming up with her history and I also just couldn't wait to use that font for her logo since she is Hawaiian and it is just perfect for her! I had actually originally planned on having her be a more villainous character where she would still be a rival to Africa Blaze, but it would be that Blaze would work for L.E.N.S. and do reports with the heroes, and Harper here would work for a rival company and just do reports with the villains! Yet, I thought that was kind of dumb, so I've modified it to what you see in the bio above, and it works so much better to make both women much richer characters. |

This is my character, Africa Blaze, she is a news reporter for my fictional news team, Lightning Eye News or L.E.N.S. When I came up with the concept for her, I wanted to have a character that was basically my own version of April O'Neil from TMNT. So, I just came up with a character that's kind of a black version of her in a green jumpsuit rather than a yellow one.  |

thanks for visiting.just a real quick render today.it was made for a contest at world of super heroes.com's we love green lantern which is their facebook page.i had a few problems with the morphs going wonky so i'll probably have to do a completely new character in the future.nonetheless creating the effects was great fun.

For this piece, I wanted to do something with more action -- I've done plenty of pin-up style images, it was time to move towards more narrative. I wanted the image to look like something that could be on the cover of a comic.
Additionally, I pushed for a more painterly look, overpainting almost every element in the image. |

hiya,
hope ya'll are havin a sun spring start.
i thought i'd take up a challenge on this piece to create something steampunkish from my friend carolyn,her sister,and my man rob base. i didn't really have an idea or a concept though.so like always i did some googling and realized steampunk is a world all it's own.gothic,victorian and scifi, lace and metal all mixed up .kinda had me thinking about flash gordon,sherlock holmes,and dr. who.definitely a far cry from what i'm usually dreaming up.
nonetheless putting this together was a blast.i'll undoubtly be doing more in the near future once i can get some more materials to work with.
anyhoo... i'm off to rest up and dream some more.enjoy :)

the only survivor of the nunery where she was to be trained Isabella had been raped,savagely tortured and left for dead in the egyptian desert ,not one to give in to hardships isabella wandered untill found by members of the cult of isis thought long dead ,the cultists tended to her wounds not knowing if this poor novice nun would survive her ordeal they prayed to isis for her to survive,
after many months ,a deep fever and many nightmares isabella dreamed of a woman in ancient Egyptian robes who offered her her life all she had to do was accept her strenth along with that of god,isabella accepted so long as she didnt break her vows to christ so was agreed and isabella awoke,when asked her name she only said istar this is who i am and so with the power of the goddess isis and the rock solid belief in god and jesus istar walked among the egyptians searching to bring the attackers to justice often offered membership in biohazard and the ocs world police she has declined to date."quote"the scars may have healed but the wounds remain till i find the curs that did this to me" |

I went on the hunt for some traditional line work to post, but all I could find on my hard drive were a few images from 2 decades ago!
(I'm excessively lax with documenting my efforts)
Needless to say, these images are rife with errors, but I thought that I'd share them anyway. It seems a nice idea to show a progression of style and comprehension over a legnthy period of time and then to receive feedback of other people's impressions on the improvements and weaknesses that they have observed.
I'll try to get something new up over the next couple of days. |

i was in a bit of a rush putting this up today so i'm just getting to write to you all.thanks for the support everbody.don't be strangers i'm really enjoying your comments and notes.
i've only done a few marvel images so far.not that i don't love their comics and movies i just love putting my own spin on the characters.for some reason dc's seemed simpler to come up with ideas for till now.i'm finding some real good content of late so ya'll know i'm cookin up some cool ideas for the future.
