| CLAW Base #16, Sewer Systems - Ever the masters of manipulation, the CLAW High Council has orchestrated perhaps the most intriguing match-up of the Assassin Wars so far. Not only are Cutter & Edge evenly matched, but they are also siblings. When they saw that they were to be pitted against each other rather than fight they chose to withdraw during the night. They didn't take into account the Council's determined desire to create marquee contests and unwillingness to release them from the entrant certificate they signed. Their plan to slip out through the sewer system was a stroke of genius..at least it was until the council dispatched 2 Militron units to retrieve them. The question now is blood thicker than bloody water. |

In a post apocalyspe world the Predators still find time to hunt their most challenging quarry...man.
This is something I've been working off and on for the past month or so. Had been wanting to use the newer Predator figure for M4 since i got it but up until now had basically just used bits and peices of it for my own characters. This is probally the most postwork i've put into a non-superhero image ever. Rendered a lighter version also but this hunt occurs at sunrise and this captured it best. I've got another similar scene saved like this using V4 that i may or not finish and post later. Thanx for looking. |

"When the black costumed vigilante Thoth began waging a campaign to wipe out crime in his neighborhood of Hughes' Point, white real-estate developer Randall Bates moved to try and stop him, fearing that if Thoth's campaign were successful, his own efforts to buy up and gentrify the neighborhood would fail. As the makeup-slathered gangster named Blackface, he plunged Hughes' Point back into chaos and left Thoth (and his alter ego, Sam Ibis) crippled.
"Bates is dead now, but Blackface lives on in the person of his spoiled, vicious daughter Tara, who uses both her business skills and outright violence to rule Hughes' Point with an iron fist.
"But her reign may be coming to an end. Ibis' prot?g?e, the Red Owl, is coming to Hughes' Point to end the makeup-wearing menace once and for all..."
Another rogue for my original superheroine, and some new experimenting with style. I'm planning to render a fight scene between Blackface and Red Owl with a minimal palette of just black, white, and red (although whether or not this will actually work in D|S has yet to be seen...) |

| Robo Samurai is one of many of my characters who I've had the opportunity to create a really cool back story for which basically involves a trio of robotics designers, who just happen to be all part cybernetic themselves, playing God and each creating their own races of robots on their own planets they decided to colonize with their creations. Of course since doing such things has its consequences, some of these robots stayed good, while others turned bad ... R.S. here is one of the bad ones. |

| The Whale is one of my favorite original characters. I've always been a fan of aquatic type heroes and villains, but with this guy I decided to think about how big money gamblers are also known as "whales" and also about all the documentaries that I've watched in my lifetime about whale and dolphin behavior. Then everything I wanted to say about the character and his followers just easily fell into place. |

| Madagascar, Africa - The C.L.A.W High Council has been calculating in picking the first round match-ups. It's thier intention to present the most evenly matched contests possible. This one is perhaps more evenly matched than they planned. Both Copperhead and Blue Krait are top-notch assassins with a similar method of killing..snake venom. While Copperhead has his poison secreting mutant touch, Blue Krait has employed his scientific knowledge to recreate his own version of a snake bite. The two have been battling for hours with neither side gaining and advantage. While Blue Kraits full body armor protects him from Copperhead's deadly touch, his poison darts have no effect on his opponent's antitoxin producing blood. So who does the home field advantage belong to? I'd say the burly hided unstoppable force charging at them from behind! |

The air in the warehouse has the distinct odor of Ozone and crackled with static electricity. Bella Donna slowly rounder the corner looking for the cells holding her missing team mates while trying to avoid the larger hunter-killer drones that patrolled the detention block where her teammates were being held. As she entered the rotunda of the detention block she ran right into a hunter-killer making its rounds. Bella-Donna quickly went on the offensive and fired her weapon in the hopes of interrupting the power build up the HK had initiated.
