Found an old video from 1949 in which Clayton Moore played Zorro! The guy who was the Lone Ranger as Zorro!Cool huh? I hear that it was this appearance that got him the LR role.
I've always liked Zorro so I tried to draw the cover. On the left is the barebones pencil drawing and on the right is the same after some photoshop work. |

Fixed the costume as well as some finer details
Wealthy socialite by day, crime fighter by night, Sandra Knight fights evil as Phantom Lady!
An old Quality Comics creation, Phantom Lady would be merged into the DC Universe. She was a member of the All-Star Sqaudron and finally the Freedom Fighters. In pre-crisis (on Infinite Earths) continuity The Freedom Fighters would leave Earth 2 for Earth-X, an Earth where the Nazi's won World War II.
I went with the Silver Age costume, with a dash of Golden Age. Astute observers will note that her Phantom Projector is on the wrong wrist. This is for obvious reasons.
The model is Catalina Cruz. |

Probably the most famous character to come out of the defunct Quality Comics line. After the DC's acquisition of the QC stable, Plas has been a perennial favorite of fans.
Patrick "Eel" O'Brien, a small time hood was involved in an accident at a chemical plant. His body was changed into an elastic type substance that allows him to completely change his shape at will.
He also turned from a criminal into a hero, using his knowledge of the criminal mind to use his powers for good.
He has been a member of the All-Star Squadron, the Freedom Fighters, and most recently the JLA. He has also recently found out that he is a father of the shape shifting hero Offspring.
Note: A real PS work out. However the choice of model, at least for the head, was easy. Who else but Bruce "The Chin" Campbell could do Plas justice? |

Repainting skin is one of my favorite things. I want to do something about the texture/sheen of the gloves, but I think that's outside my particular area of expertise. |

| Author A.C. Clarke who recently passed away, was a huge advocate of the space hotel, made out of recycled Shuttle External Tanks (E.T.'s). Anyone who has been following the panels of Spacescape may have noticed that the Oasis Space Resort is exactly that. The story takes place in a contemporary/near future setting, so I have included contemporary figures and celebrities in the story from time to time. That they would appear enjoying themselves vacationing in space is highly plausible. Look for William Shatner, Tom Hanks, and George Lucas as they make cameos in upcoming panels. I didn't include Clarke, however, but of the sci fi authors so far I have included Ray Bradbury and Brad Linaweaver. |

Inks: Hi all, well this Image has alot of back ground. I had some great pointers from a Pro in the industry, also this is my first true digital inks 100% drawn from a pen mouse. Also this had been drawn by a 3d model, same venom I had posted a few weeks back. Plus I had the luck of getting another talented artist jwebster45206 to color this I hope he posts the final:)

| well, its been a while since i posted, mainly due to no time, no inspiration. then i realised, that hey, in my pending folder, i had a piece i was GONNA upload, then for whatever reason, i didnt. so, here, you get that, to hold you over during this dry period. i have a comission, and a request in the works, and hopefully i'll be able to work on them over the weekend. so, enjoy this fifth version of batgirl, who is one of those chara's i can never get done to my satisfaction. |

| Made for a hardcore Justice League fan. Fire was painted in Photoshop on one layer with the flame effects painted separately. Ice's face was sketched in pencil and the rest of her is in Photoshop. I like to try different takes on old standards while staying true to heart of the characters. Including the flame effects, the image had close to 100 layers. |

Here's your first view of my Princess Katranna on the board I believe.
Steven E Gordon Creator and Designer of X Men Evolution was gracious enough to do a drawing of Katranna for me. I colored it, and added the background. Still not done with it really. A few tweaks here and there. But after 9 background changes, I finally came back to this one.
