| Just a little something I cooked up from a freebie armor that I found by Royloo over at poseraddicts.com. I thought it looked quite Helghasty. Technological advancements allowed for the miniaturization of the breathing apparatus so that it fits entirely into the face mask now and uses nano-tech to manufacture breathable gasses from raw elements found in the outer atmospheres of most known worlds. Storage cells in the suits back pack store breathable gasses in pressurized cells for use when the Helghast have to go into environments that have no raw materials from which to manufacture breathable gasses. |

My version of the Batgirl costume, starring the awesome Sasha Grey.
Just a fun little project to see how Batgirl would look like in a sexier, skimpier costume and using a short mini skirt to fight dangerous criminals at night, probably after being persuaded by Supergirl so that they can have a similar look.
The design is roughly inspired by other DC superheroines' costumes:
-The low-cut, cleavage-showing and exposed shoulders are inspired by the female Nightwing (Cheyenne Freemont): http://images.wikia.com/batman/images/8/89/Nightwing.jpg

Thayne got me wanting to get to drawing again, so I broke out the sketchbook and pencils and cranked out a drawing of my FAVORITE non-super hero, The Phantom. As always, I gave it one of my little redux twists, changing the mask a bit, getting rid of the striped underwear (face it, that look was NOT working), and changing the rest of the costume design slightly.

| My latest Buddy comic, a stand alone strip that features a bad pun and my first attempt at a more female-friendly character: Jessie, a former Beavers waitress who's now the general manager of the Beavers restaraunt where Buddy and her friends work. She graduated from college with a degree in business management, married her college sweetheart, Danny, and has a 4 year-old daughter named Amber who we'll be meeting soon. Despite all that, I still tried to make her look hot in a Mommy kinda way, let me know if I succeeded. |

Talisman is a (sometimes) member of Alpha Flight.
She is considered to one of the most powerful magical beings in the Marvel universe.
Created by John Byrne and introduced early in the original Alpha Flight run, Talisman has had a turbulent history with the team, mostly stemming from her conflicts with her father, Michael Twoyoungmen (aka Alpha Flight member Shaman).
I really like how this photomanipulation of Talisman turned out. I tried a few new techniques which were mostly successful and managed to do a good job on the re-creation of her costume. The only thing I find slightly disappointing is her face, I don't feel I managed to change the original models face quite enough to look as Talisman does.
So, I actually managed to keep track of my source material this time around, so thank you to the various artists from DeviantArt who created stock that I used for this photomanipulation.
